Just wanted to post a positive review about Greg even though he has never worked on my car.
After calling to ask if he could take a look at a car I was possibly going to purchase for my son he kindly agreed to do so. He gave a thorough inspection and honest opinion and advised. I’m most grateful and appreciative for his integrity and respect his opinion. Honestly, he saved me a lot of money from purchasing a bum vehicle. Highly recommend! Great guy!

Greg is the best I've ever worked with. Its tough finding an honest mechanic who truly cares and values the business. Greg is the gold standard. Im hoping he never retires because I dont want to have to try to find someone else. Impossible shoes to fill. Thanks, Greg.

Choose Greg Bailey if you want the job done right the first time. They are honest, fair, and have consistently had very reasonable prices. They are the only place we trust!

Had an issue with my Passat overheating on the highway, took it in to get it fixed, he fixed some much needed things that seemed sure to be the culprit, problem persisted brought it back, he got in deeper to the german engineering and found a broken valve where water is meant to cool the oil, this time he fixed it for free only paid for the part.

Greg and his team are amazing! I brought my Chrysler Town and Country in Monday morning for a coolant leak issue. Come to find out it was a bad water pump and also a substantial oil cooler leak. The repairs were done same day and much less expensive than the normal shop I’ve used in the past. 3 days later my check engine light came on. I brought it in at 7:30 this morning and it was fixed within an hour so I could make it back to work. He also did not charge me for the fix. I will definitely be using Greg Bailey’s Automotive for all of my future vehicle repair and maintenance.

Greg is a talented, knowledgeable mechanic and does quality repairs on both new and older cars. He is passionate about cars and very friendly. Most importantly, he's very honest about what your car needs and will not over charge for something that isn't necessary. I've been a customer for more than 20 years and he's always the choice for my family's cars.

A lot of guys in the car industry are not trustworthy people. Greg is a man of his word and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. He is the only person in Tampa I take my Truck to. Highly recommended.

I took my Prius to Greg for ABS brake warning light. I spoke to Greg and I brought my own parts. I felt comfortable after speaking to Greg and felt he was an honest person. I left my car on a Tuesday, he mentioned it will take a day and a half. I did not get any calls after that time period, so I started to call to see progress. After a few days finally spoke to him and said he was still working on car. This went on til Friday and I had to rent a car since I needed transportation. Greg basically said he didn't have the correct scanner tool to program computer and he would have to order this tool. I was able to drive car home that Friday and was waiting for him to call me but after a few days of no call I had to call him. Basically, he said wasn't ready and the scanner arrived later than expected. Finally, after several calls was able to get car to him and he was able to program the computer. In total this took about three weeks before car was complete. Several issues here............. car had scuff mark on front lower bumper that didn't have when I took it in, Greg discounted the charges but still the repair cost is more than the discount he gave me. Brake fluid reservoir was overfilled completely and came out of vent on cap when I drove car home on that Friday. I had to suck out with syringe to bring level to normal. On one of the parts there is gasket that goes against the firewall, and I included that gasket in the box with the new accumulator, well, that new gasket was not installed. As I had asked for the old parts returned that new gasket that I had included is still in the box with the old part. The old gasket was not used either as that is still on the old part that I asked to be returned........... No communication especially when you need car and only planned for a few days to be in shop. Not installing all parts and overfilling reservoir is just sloppy work. Greg seems like a good guy but that doesn't help when the work is incomplete and expensive and sloppy, and you can't communicate with your customers.

He could’ve easily charged me $50-$300 for what he did but didn’t charge me a penny. Definitely a nice person with a good heart you can trust.

Greg worked on my car and my daughter's car. The dealership quoted an estimate of the work that needed to be done on my daughter's car at $3,000 and Greg did it for less than $400! I will not be taking our cars back to the dealership EVER! Greg, you have two customers for life!
