Would absolutely not recommend. Moved into a new home where there was a guardian alarm system, and I simply asked them how I could stop the beeping of the alarm system as it is a nuisance and they told me that I would need to contact the sellers of my home to get their verbal password, and other information in order to direct me on how to stop the beeping of the alarm system in my own home. Customer service is trash and completely unhelpful.

Just got a security system installed and I am already feeling protected. James, the technician who came to install our system was extremely patient and an extremely informative as this is our family first time getting a security system. He took the extra time out to address both my questions and my husband's questions. Thank you so very much.

James Simmons Was excellent he was courteous on time took time to explain everything to us. He was excellent and a perfect representation of the company.

We had Guardian send a rep to discuss available services. James Henry was the consultant that we met with. He was so professional and friendly.I think the pricing is too high. We did not go with the monthly service.Thank goodness James is good at his job because the software Guardian uses to set up rebooted numerous times. They also had no connectivity.We set up a hub only and it took a very long time due to the above issues. James was very apologetic but it was not his fault.Guardian needs updated or better software for signing up.I appreciate the time James took to make sure everything was accomplished.

Misleading information. Poor communication. They wanted to charge us for a service call 4 days after we moved in. Doorbell started ringing uncontrollably in the middle of the night. They knew it was an issue but blamed the builder. A complete mess.

Today I contacted Guardian Customer to cancel my service that started in January 2020 and what a surprise, according to Guardian I have a 5-year contract, which was never indicated by the seller, who told us that we could end it at any time. We moved in September 2021, and what a surprise the contract starts again, which is somewhat absurd since the most logical thing is transferred the service to a new address. I also paid for the installation again. And that's not the worst, I'm moving again and the person who helped me today tells me that I can transfer the system to a new house, paying again for the installation for "only" $399 and starting my contract again for 3 or 5 years, are you serious? or is it a joke? I don't want anything to do with this shady business.You would think they would honor my current contract signed on January 2020. But nope. The only option was to cancel my contract for $750 cancellation fee or start a new contract.If I can put 0 stars, I will do it.I hope you have a solution for this situation ASAP

I tried to cancel with this company. The customer service in the finance department was very rude and kept interrupting me at every question I had. They claim I signed this agreement, but it is an e-signature. They also state it was for 60 months but I do not recall agreeing to a contract for that long. I have the original sheet where the rep came to my house and nowhere on it does it state it was going to be for 60 months. I would not sign up for this company ever again.

Our service with guardian has always been excellent. 20 years and counting. Recently added a remote door lock. Our installer was diligent and determined. Kind and respectful. Even when the technology wasn’t behaving at first. Thank you very much for not giving up!
