I have used this company since I moved to Tampa several years ago and I have never had a bad experience with them. The sales staff have always been very helpful and when I needed help with my lift on the back of my car Josh was just the right person to fix my problem. He saved me a few thousand dollars for a few years while I can save for a new one. So they don’t just push you into buying things you don’t need at the time. I love this place.

We recently purchased a full size bedrail for a hospital bed. Their sales rep was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately it was too shallow to help much with the falling out of bed. We have a second mattress pad on the hospital bed for comfort.Would recommend this company since they have just about everything you need.

Health Aid provides great service from a knowledgeable staff. Needed a prescribed medical device that CVS no longer supplies, and Lucy was a huge help in choosing the right one. She was very patient in explaining how to use it.
