Cannot believe what I saw when I passed by! An employee a little older blonde was yelling at another employee an older gentleman! Screaming and pointing in his face. The man sat there and took it while another female employee instead of stopping the altercation was sending guests away from the store! Unbelievable! Never in my years of coming to the mall have I seen something like this. The poor man just sat there & remained calm during the whole situation. Whoever that lady was needs to be checked!!

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing me and my fiancé’s experience was here at this Helzberg location. We have been saving for months to trade in an engagement ring during their trade-in event. We had a financial setback and was going to miss the trade-in event by three weeks. We called the store and spoke to Rebecca, the general manager. She truly listened to our situation and promised to honor the trade-in past the event end date. We just went in the store today and I cannot stop raving about Rebecca and how efficient and patient she was with us. We were able to leave the store with three new rings, below the price we personally expected. Rebecca made this possible. We thank her and this store for joining us on our journey to happiness. Thank you again a million times over Rebecca. We will recommend this store to anyone that asks about jewelry or desiring exceptional service.

Today I went with my kids and husband to find a pair of stud for my little one, but I will never come back to this store. The attention was terrible by a lady that suggested me to go to another store first for piercing my baby ears without even showing me what I was looking for. I asked for a pair of stud to see but she simply said: go to pagoda or a piercing store, they will put a pair on her ears and once they get used to you can come back. I mean, it doesn’t make sense, why would you turned down a customer that wants to buy with such an stupid excuse . This is not my first time looking for earrings for my girl. Probably she saw me with my sport clothes and with 3 kids and thought : oh she doesn’t have money for these type of stores, let me send her to a booth. Aren’t you guys working by commission or is the hourly pay $30 an hr to treat people like that.
