I have been with StateFarm and Joseph Ledo's team for a few years now... to be honest I've never had to call in or speak with anyone until recently. I assumed it would be a simple and straightforward process to obtain a new quote and get information about possibly adding my significant other onto my policy as we both purchased new vehicles this past weekend. Boy was I wrong.
What an absolute mess it has been. First off, it's extremely hard to get a hold of them by phone as I often got their voicemail. When I did get a hold of someone it was answered by "Heidi" who sounded irritated and was of ZERO help. I nicely explained what I was trying to do, she said she could not help get me quotes although I had names, DOB's, driver license numbers, AND VIN's for each of the vehicles. She bluntly said that "it was not possible." WHAT!? After I explained that I had been able to quickly obtain quotes from another carrier she abruptly put me on hold and transferred me to another agent. Come to find out this woman is actually the manager! Not sure if this was just a one off but if I'm Joe this would definitely not be an acceptable first impression for my business. Not sure if they're just understaffed or what, but it took nearly 3 days to get accurate quotes for the both of us. Between this and Heidi I was done.
I took my business elsewhere and as long as "manager" Heidi is there I will not be returning.

Guy was patient nice, he let me get other quotes from everybody else, and was still there when I called back and needed him at the last second could be happier
