One of the ladies at the front desk had a snarky attitude. I brought a lab order from TGH Urgent Care and she made me call them to fax them a complete lab order. I believe that if TGH are the ones that use them as a preferred laboratory they should make sure they communicate what they need in the and not make the patient do that. This isn’t the patients fault or responsibility. It’s between vendors 🤷🏻♀️
They said that if I didn’t call them to ask for the complete lab order that I had to leave with my drop off.
To make matters worse, both ladies from the front desk just disappeared leaving the front unattended so I had to wait even longer.

To write a review I have to put at least a star but is not that they deserve it. This place is full of unprofessional and mean people. The system check you in at a certain time and it’s like they are the owners of your time, no respect of any kind of situation. They call the first group of people and from there in it’s an obvious laziness in action. Taking a blood sample can’t take more than 10 minutes and they call every half hour or more. The fact that they say that walk ins are welcome is not even close to the reality. If you can’t take walk ins then be honest and say by appointment only so patients don’t have to waste a whole morning waiting for a chance to be serviced. We personally got to this place at 6:45 and the said we can be seen at 9:30 and 10:00. Who the hell they think they are to say that a walk in can be waiting for over 3 hours?? This is outrageous and a lack of any kind of professionalism. Don’t come to this place and if so then make sure you gave an appointment but still be prepared to wait for a good hour before you are called to it.

There's no option for me to give a 0 star. Never go to this freaking place ever! At this location, the employees they are getting paid for their rude behavior. I had a scheduled appointment for today at 12:45 PM. But, I was here an 1 hour before. Even though they had no other customers waiting by the lobby, they still wouldn't call me before the appointment time. I was signed up to receive text messages. So I made sure with the employee they had at the front desk and I just stepped out to my car at around 12:23, to do my school homeworks. And at 12:28, I received a text message from them asking to walk in. "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." Here's the text message that I received. I walked in within 1 minute and they still haven't called me until 1:00 PM. So, I asked the lady at the front desk to see when they are planning to call me and she said they already called me. Two things: 1. One of the front desk receptionist told me that they cannot call me until 12:45, which was my scheduled time. 2. They said they were calling me. I haven't heard that, if they did call me, it was between 12:23 and 12:29, which was before my scheduled appointment time. So, who was the liar here? The first lady at the receptionist or the second lady who claimed that they called me up? So, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS IF YOU WANT TO SPEND A WHOLE DAY FOR NOTHING. I took a day off from my work to get this over with and my day off, my valuable time (which I am lacking in between a full time work and full time college), and about 3 gallons of gas for NOTHING. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF IT IS POSSIBLE. IF YOU WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME, AND DEAL WITH SOME RUDE PEOPLE, GO!!! I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AT THIS SAME LOCATOON BEFORE AS WELL. I've been to Labcorp in brandon, where they offer a great service. Thank you for that!

I arrived at 7:20 on the dot for a walk in just to do routine labwork. Checked in sat down for a while until they called me up so they can check my ID. Then she said that I would only be able to be fitted in at 9:00am. Come 9 o clock I go up and ask if I am still being helped and she said that they were going to call me up in a second. I ended up leaving after waiting for two hours but later got a message at 9:34 saying that they were ready to help me. Over 2 hours waiting for a walk in and couldn’t receive any help this is absurd. It wasn’t even that busy and I was trying to be understanding.

Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment as requested. The lobby was full without any seating available. It's taken over an hour and still waiting. They advertise walk ins are welcomed.

Signed in at 7:30am for walk in urine drug screen, it’s now 9am and no one has said anything to me about a time frame of when I’ll be seen. Front desk staff is rude no one is communicating. Do not recommend this place at all.

The worst service from the workers, I had the worst experience of my life in this place, after two hours waiting to do the tests and for saying Hello at the information window because there was no one and I had been waiting for a while, they verbally abused me and They refused to give me service, they even called the police to remove me from the place. This place is horrible! I don't recommend it! The manager does nothing about the complaints towards the workers. That's the first one who doesn't care about the patients! In short, worse place and bad professionals if they can be considered that way!

TERRIBLE HLW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS . SO MY SON PCP ORDER LIPID PANEL AND ALLERGY TEST FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD NOT ONLY DID THEY POKE MY SON TWICE THEY TOOK ABOUT 8 TUBES OF BLOOD BUG THEY ******* FORGO DO THE LIPID PANEL ****** THEREFORE I HAVE TO RE DO THIS !!! PEOPLE ITA IMPORTANT FOR ORHERS TO DO THEIR JOB CURRENTLY NOT ONLY FOR A FREAKING PAYCHECK !!!! SADLY THIS IS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN !!! I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH LABCORP FOR SURE

Staff refuses to take 1 second to read paperwork and shoves everything off to the kiosk, this wasting my, and plenty of other peoples' time. Waited for hours to only be told they can't do it bc THERE'S A TIME LIMIT.

Be prepared to wait over 35 min for your scheduled appointment. Overbooked and on top of that they take walk ins. Not enough chairs and people are standing around. Not to mention they try to charge you ahead for routine bloodwork “in case it’s not covered by your insurance”

Really terrible. They tell you that walk ins are welcome but they make you wait like you’re scum. Not friendly at all never smile. Can’t get an appointment for weeks!
