This place is fraud .They charged me for filling tax but it was never filed. i tried to reach out them couple of times but i could not . i went there in person to ask why i did not receive my I.R.S refund but that place is always closed now .now i have to file again . i wish i could give them zero star review .

Marc Timothee and Kervinia Victor at Liberty Tax office 20193 is very knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions I had. Very pleasant and friendly. Also very timely in preparing my taxes. Thanks guys 👍🏽

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
This Liberty Tax does not exist here I do not know why they have not removed this from Google entirely but it does need to be removed along with the phone number because this number is a fraud they will answer and say Liberty Tax and tell you the location too an even explain the near by areas around it but it is not there. I knew it was fishy because I haven't seen one here for a long while. They need to remove this before someone gets into fraud.

I've been getting my taxes done at Liberty Tax by a gentleman name Mark, Mark is amazing he's very accurate and will get you back your maximum refund

Do Not, I repeat, do not go to this liberty tax. The dude that works here does not know what he is doing. He told me and my husband that we were approved for an advance. He gave us the card and we signed all of the papers. A week goes by and we still have not received our money. We continue to call him, and he continues to make the same promise, that it will be on the card in a few days. So we went to the local zephyrhills liberty tax. We told them what was going on. They got the guy who worked with us on the phone, had to instruct him how to do his job and look up our info on the computer, and they told us that we were not approved. A tax company should not be allowed to make false promises. It was their mess up, and they should fulfill that empty promise that they made. It is clear that they misinformed us just so they could get that $200 out of our tax return. I will never file with this company ever again, nor will I refer my family, friends, or business associates. Please do not go here or you too will be exploited like me and my husband were.

I enjoyed my experience here. Mark was incredibly professional and knowledgeable regarding taxes and what I needed to do in order to complete them promptly. I will be coming back next year for sure!
