Under new management? Prices have doubled and the customer service is the worst I have experienced in Tampa. I recently had my air conditioning recharged and it is still blowing hot air. I was told they should have tested the lines and now it's probably a bigger problem. It's so chaotic in the office, it feels like you are doing them a favor to be spoken to. Well, after 4 years of doing business with them, time to find my new mechanic!

Dropped my car off for an oil change and to check my tires/sensors due to tire message and having to put air in my tires every other day. My oil change has doubled in price and they failed to address the tire situation telling me the tire light was not on. I asked over the phone did they check I was placed on hold only to be told tire situation was fine. As soon as I turned my car on the first message on the screen was check tire pressure. Never again the customer service is totally gone from this place, for prices I will take my car to the dealership or Westshore automotive like I have previously with no issues. Must be new ownership or something.

I bought a tire from this place my car has a bubble in the side of the tire . The car has not hit the curb or pot hole other company that replaced my tire said it looked like a defect but When I called lightning auto they wanted me to spend to buy another tire and they would send the defect tire to get checked I might get a refund if not I would be out the money for a new tire . Which I found is priced more expensive than other companies .... But today I got a called threatening me since I disputed the charge Josh threatened me say but say he would put my car on a mechanic lien. When I called the first time they didn't want to help at all ... they just wanted me to buy a new tire .... This is the msg from Josh Be careful everyone!!!!!!!!! Hi this message is for Carl Daniel this is Josh at lightning auto repair I see that you were in here a couple months ago to get a new tire installed on your car and then what I gather you had an issue with it and I actually got off the phone with my bank about I just do so I'm trying to figure out and see what's going on with the situation and see if I can try to help out resolve this as far as I know I look at it there's no no road hazard purchased for this tire doubt doubt that was that was installed in person here and from what I gather there was a bubble or something in your tire regardless you know that the first of all that has to be some proof of damage to the tire or manufacture the fact of the manufacture manufacture effect being good year they stand behind the product so obviously the tire would be taken care of the has to be proof there's a process that has to be fall so that being said I know there's a stew on the charge on the amount that was charge for this disputed to take the payment back I'm gonna give you you know until Wednesday to respond to this if not then I do have all documentations documentations from Goodyear as well as signed work order and everything in my possession right here that I will be signing this out for this card to have a mechanically put on it which if this doesn't get a resolved and you know I don't you know I don't know if you've ever been through a mechanically but unfortunately I do have to do them and I'm you know there's a process to him but you know without going through the right steps and more than willing to help you out but you know what the right steps I have to take the next steps and I'm getting this resolved so I will go forward and putting this car and mechanics clean so if you can you can either call my personal cell phone back

Great auto repair shop with good communication and fast turnaround time. I needed my radiator filler neck replaced. O'Reillys sold me the part, but their guys couldn't do the replacement in their parking lot and limited tools, so they sent me to Lightning. LIghtning was happy to perform the service as well as a tune up of the car. They gave a good estimate, and then they called me when the work was done and an assessment of other services overdue. I'd happily return.

Excellent Customer Service! Alex at the front desk is one of the best. He was spot on in providing an ETA. Got the Flat tire fixed in 30 mins and was back to fishing :) . They know how to treat a customer for sure.

I stopped by on a busy Saturday with a nail in my tire & they went out of their way to help me out & get my tire plugged before they closed! So thankful for their generosity and professionalism! Also, glad that I tried them out because they are just around the corner.

Recently came in for a nail in my tire, they helped me right away. Seemed friendly, I was in and out in under 30 minutes like they promised. Tire seems to be holding up.
