All of the associates working the store today were phenomenal! I was greeted as soon as I entered and they periodically checked on me as I walked around. The store has many options to choose from and the items are organized very nicely. The dressing room attendant was genuinely helpful and her attention to detail on how some items fit me was much appreciated. To top it off, the pair of jeans I bought were on sale and I walked out as a very happy customer! Gracias Loft Ladies!

My daughter needed professional but contemporary clothing. When I was her age I shopped at Ann Taylor’s. This store had the best of both worlds. She found professional outfits that were modern and colorful. We both left happy. The prices were amazingly reasonable as well! Highly recommended!

If you want your shopping experience RUINED go here. Just because I had some VIP rewards the lady messed up, she was so rude. I will go to another store in the future. I was having a great day until encountering her! Nearly $500 later and a horrible experience.

On the search for ankle socks to wear with my ankle boots. I only brought enough for the trip down from MI and back. Had Florida weather in mind while packing for the most part. I didn't find a lot of options. Only found one pair I liked. Listed at $11, but was discounted to less than $8, not too bad. This one pair looked quite funky for me.

Still have quite a bit in the store, two girls were real pleasant and helpful on the floor but the cashier could have used some of that and stay off her phone while waiting on customers.

I bought a jacket online for 70% off because they were out in stores, and received it wrinkled with makeup on the inside neckline. I went into this location to exchange it with a different item because they were out of these jackets everywhere but still wanted my 70% off. I moved here from Chicago and they honor the same discount as an exchange with any other product. The Manager at this location refused to honor my coupon and said they never do this. I do not know her name but her associate number is 322546. I was very mad when I left the store because she refused to give me a simple 70% off a different item, even though the way I received my item was unacceptable. I just came back from Chicago and I did all my shopping there. They honored my 70% off there with no questions asked and said they do this all the time when I asked. I do not understand why the manager at the international mall refused to do this for me and gave me a hard time about it. The management is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be making the customer mad when leaving the store.
