Clean. A lot of parking. Very spaced out aisles but not overly stocked. There are not a lot of people to help you find things but they do have basic office supplies and offer printing services and shipping.

Started buying my things that I will need for my class to get a early start on it. Looking for bargains. I got a 3 pack usb for $15, a zippered binder for $8, stickies in different sizes for $12 and two reams of copy paper $14.00. A few other stuff. It came in at about $65.00. Not bad. Workers were okay. Store wasn't busy, I think there was another customer but I don't remember.

Doris in supplies was so extremely helpful in tracking down the specific envelope that we needed in completing an important project. She was patient and resourceful and very pleasant. Her help was greatly appreciated!

To be told be an operations manager "YOU PEOPLE THINK..." and then lower your tone so that what follows is inaudible is pure authentic prejudice & racism Timothy should not be a Manning anything if he can't take his personal feelings out of the professional setting. I've contacted the corporate office to file a formal complaint I have not heard from anyone at the corporate office as of yet... However I will be contacting the corporate office and contacting a discrimination lawyer.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Sales Associate Ian recently, and I must say that his customer service was truly exceptional. Ian was not only patient but also incredibly helpful throughout our shopping experience. Will definitely be going back here for all my printing needs!

I’m a middle school teacher and have worked retail and food throughout college, so when I tell you I have a ton of patience, I mean it. This store tested every ounce of it, and I will not return as a result.I had a small cart of classroom supplies and needed to pick up an online order. I waited at the print shop in front of an employee and was completely ignored. While I don’t need a red carpet roll out or trumpet fanfare, a simple “hello, I’ll be right with you” when I’m standing 2 feet from you would be appreciated.I moved to the checkout line hoping that maybe someone else could help me. The gentleman was kind enough to bring me my order, and then proceeded to hang out by the previous gentleman without a word or a glance at my shopping cart. I ended up leaving the classroom supplies at the front of the store and decided to get my supplies elsewhere.My weekend time as a teacher is precious, and while I have empathy and patience for people trying to do their jobs, it’s frustrating when I don’t get a simple acknowledgment and watch several employees chatting and ignoring a customer at the checkout line.

Purchased a $600 office chair. Had to go to three different locations to finally get one that wasn’t damaged. Poor communication by all three stores. No phone calls back to let you know your chair was ready. Finally, I would go and just show up and see that the chair that they put together was damaged. I hope I never have to deal with purchasing a chair from there again. Poorly run. I don’t know how they’re even a business.
