Great bike shop! It was a Sunday morning and my workout was delayed, in peril of cancelation, due to some bike issues that I could solve myself. Sarah, Jacob, and the outspoken bike repair team really helped me out and got me back on the road in minimal time. My bike is now riding better than ever. Thank you, I will be back.

Great place! Employees were super attentive and helpful. They even followed up a week later to see how I was doing with their fixes - it seems like they genuinely care and work there because they truly want to. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve been having my road bike serviced at Outspokin for nearly a decade and have always been pleased with the quality of the service that has been performed. I recently took my bike in for annual maintenance and also to address a specific issue that had just started to occur. When I picked up the bike, it was obvious that a thorough maintenance had been performed, but unfortunately the issue that had prompted me to bring it in was still occurring. Considering that I had already paid for the service, I was dreading being told that I would have to pay more money to fix the issue…
Thankfully the service manager, Mike, immediately put me at ease by stating that there would be no charge to fix it apart from the cost of any needed parts, which is what I was hoping would be the case. He really won me over with his friendly and professional demeanor, and his commitment to immediately solving the problem right then and there. This experience was so refreshing, it prompted me to write this review, which was long overdue.
Over the years, I’ve had great experiences and interactions with other members of the service team as well, so I’d like to take this opportunity to recognize and give a big shout collectively to Kirk, Ron, Sarah, Jacob, and Linda. Friendly cycling enthusiasts with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction, they’ve assembled an amazing team over at Outspokin.

Needed a flat fixed on a Sunday in a hurry! Not only is Outspokin open on Sunday but they got me in and out in less than 30mins. Will be coming back in the future for all my biking needs!

Shout out to the outspokin krewe. After visiting another local bike shop, I was told that my problem wasn’t fixable and that they’d need to order the part, wait 7-10 days, and then they could fix it. Outspokin repaired the damaged part,(sealant gunk in valve stem,) fixed the problem quickly and at no charge, and sent me on my way. Can’t recommend them more, especially in today’s world. Lifetime customer!!

Great bike shop! Wasn't planning to stop in but I wanted some hungry Howie's pizza and it was next door and I needed bike tires. Very nice and helpful staff. Support local business and local business will support you.

I work for sprouts n I was on my way home n needed a front tire I didn't get gentleman's name but he wS awesome in helping me out quickly very professional and his personality wS out of this world more folks should be like him this meant a lot ? this was sunday at 1 45 pm the 28th. Thank you bud!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this store they certainly get a A+ in my book!!!!!!

Great service repeatedly on high end bikes. The head wrench is Campagnolo certified and they know and appreciate fine Italian machines.
