My fiancé came here for a gentleman’s cut prior to our engagement photo session. Anna, is the WORST! He came home looking ridiculous, went back to get it fixed and just couldn’t wait anymore. Like for real? She knew this was for a special occasion and BOTCHED his hair! The last photo was what he went in for, and this is what he left with. She didn’t even trim the edges, the top, or anything. If you go here DO NOT BOOK WITH ANNA NICOLE!!!!!

Salon Loft stylist Kyong Christensen at the Carrollwood location, ruined my hair by cutting it unevenly and not at all to my request ($70). I have attempted to contact her many times by email and phone to resolve this matter to no avail. I’ve a family reunion coming up and I look like Dudley Moore. I’ll have to go to a real salon to have my hair fixed $$$Services: Haircut

Daughter wanted a trim for her birthday and a refresh of her curtain bangs. Found this salon in my searches and booked an appointment with Kyong Christensen. Reviews were good so I thought let's go for it! We arrived 10 minutes early and she was already there and ready for us. Smiling face and a quick hello but no other conversation. We showed her a picture of what my daughter wanted and she confirmed that she only wanted 1/2 inch of the length and long bangs. My daughter was in tears after we left because she hated her hair so much. The bangs were shorter than she wanted and her hair also. She probably took about 2 inches off! The layers looked good but bangs were uneven! She didn't part her hair directly down the middle of her head so when she trimmed the bangs it left one side longer than the other. And this cost $60! My daughter was able to find a style for her hair until it grows back out. I literally thought I was going to have to find an emergency stylist to get this fixed. We will not be back.
