Walked in 20 minutes before close and was reminded multiple times of closing time and while walking the mad said “This is just ridiculous.” Worst customer service experience ever and we walked out with 5 minutes to spare.

Personally, I find this vintage market to be my favorite in Tampa overall. I always find something that I must purchase here -and I am severely picky. It is obvious that the owner is very particular about what items may be displayed, as the selection is superb. The price points are not bad at all. Some of my best pieces are from the Retro Mania Vintage Market .

I wanted to love everything about this place before I set foot in it. As the self-proclaimed spot “where the cool kids shop,” who wouldn’t? When I espied a vintage-y Yoda lamp just moments after walking in, I felt reasonably certain that I had indeed arrived, if only for that fleeting moment. The shop is a good size with individual vendors occupying spaces throughout, each with their own unique flair but similar enough in style to give an impression of cohesion. The selection throughout is, for the most part, pretty freakin’ great…if you have a mid-six-figure/year job to afford anything and the time to traipse around finding it. The laconic, nearly taciturn owner does his vendors no favors as he demonstrates an apparent resistance to any interrogative directed his way, especially with regard to merchandise that isn’t his. His precise function there rather mercurial though it seems to involve a fair amount of muttering under his breath, pretending to communicate with his vendors when pricing is missing and shuffling about the shop just close enough to be overbearing before he disappears behind the counter. Though we fell in love with many things that day, neither our budget nor our conscious would permit us a purchase as we don’t believe in rewarding and/or enabling bad shop owner behavior, unfortunate though it may be for the actual sellers. If this is where the cool kids shop, I’m delighted to be the epitome of uncool as I meander down the aisles of more welcoming and affordable vintage and thrift markets. There’s a gorgeous tattoo studio and a charming thrift shop a couple of doors down in either direction if you find yourself in the area that are worth your time and energy.

My absolute favorite vintage store in old seminole heights! Unique finds everywhere you look. The owner is helpful, fun and clever. I've gotten so many beautiful things for my home from this shop. Can't say enough great things about this shop. My favorite item I've purchased was a rainbow forest handmade rug art I treasure every day.

One coffee mug that my mom has in the back of her cabinet from 2003 was priced at $12.00… Many things were overpriced …Looking at the reviews now and how the owner responds is not someone i’d want to give my business to. .

Great pieces, prices are high compared to other antique storesEditing my review based on the reply. The owner says PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. you can see for yourself. They only want a “certain clientele” wonder what that means ?

Owner was rude when we walked in and told us he's closing early and he would "allow" us to shop for 5-10min. This was at 5pm. We mentioned his yelp page says 6pm and his response was ," Oh, do people still use yelp." And he said well google has correct time but on google it also shows 6pm too. So just call before you drive over here. That's fine..........We drove 30 min over here to shop at his store. I guess it's his loss. We shopped next door instead. I don't think he enjoys owning a store anymore.
