South Tampa Bicycle Co has exceptional customer service. Cale and Anton are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they tune up my bike at a great price, they noticed my current bike was too small for me and directed me towards a more suitable bike. The new bike I bought was at a heavily discounted price, and they made all the modifications I needed for free....and gave me tons of tips for my upcoming first ever marathon. Thank you to both of you for going above and beyond -- I will always come to you guys with any of my bike needs!!!!

Purchased a nice set of AR25 Industry 9 Road wheels. Cale was extremely helpful and responsive and got the wheels hipped out to me quickly. Thank you for the great deal and enjoying the upgraded wheel set as we speak.

I recently went to this store to sell two bikes. One orange specialized and one black felt cruiser bike. I didn't get a very good price on the orange bike but that is beside the point.I was told my cruiser bike would be donated to a kid in the neighborhood and now I see that it was sold for $225 dollars. That is NOT A DONATION.I would like the money from that transaction, please or I will contact the BBB

They were really friendly and helpful in finding the most cost efficient ways to fix my bike when I bought a used one from marketplace. The only issue I had was that who ever changed my tires may have pinched the tub since the tire was completely flat within the first month of owning it.

Great place to fix your bike! Affordable and they even stayed later so I could get off work and pick up my bike. Staff is friendly and doesn’t beat around the bush on prices.
