It's been 10 years since I've known Stephanie LeFew. We 1st met when I contacted her for a rental property she was managing and since then she has helped us with all of our real state needs. Stephanie Lefew comes very highly recommended. My parents used her for both buying a home and then selling their home. She went above and beyond in helping my parents house get sold. She was very knowledgeable in answering any questions regarding the sale of their home. My parents currently live in another state and Stephanie always kept an open line of communication with them. We weren’t sure we were ready to downsize but after a no-obligation chat over coffee with Stephanie LeFew of Coldwell Banker, we decided to move forward. Stephanie provided professional resources like talented photography that captured the the best features of our home stunningly. Stephanie was quick to call a trusted electrician when we had questions and reminded us to have our homeowners’ insurance locked in before hurricane season. Stephanie was also proactive by ensuring that the appraiser had comps and realtor guidance when they were on site. In addition, we felt very comfortable with Stephanie’s colleagues being in our home for open houses, as each Coldwell Banker team member was professional and engaging.
