Called to make an appointment for my dog as a new client. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Told me they were three weeks out said OK OK and goodbye. Last place I would take my dog. These people might seem nice face-to-face when you’re with them, but I would not trust them with my dog!!

We moved to Tampa area last year and sunset park animal hospital came highly recommended. It’s convenient, minimal wait time, truly care about your pets. Plan to have our pups teeth cleaned this upcoming year at their office

10/10 would recommend this Animal Hospital for your pets! My wife and I have been searching for a good Vet for our 8 year old lab and with many failed attempts we found this place and couldn't be more impressed. They were able to get him an appointment within the same week that I called and the process was very quick and easy! When we arrived for our appointment they were ready and took us back with no wait. The Veterinarian immediately knew what was wrong with Titan and gave me everything I needed before leaving. She was very compassionate, my almost 90 pound lab felt so comfortable when normally he's a little anxious.

Office regularly closes earlier than the posted hours. More than once, I have gone to pick up my dog's medication and they have closed early. Very inconvenient if you work during the day and can only make it to the office in the afternoon. Especially considering they don't even open until 10 am some days.

We have been coming here for over ten years. We trust Dr Tara and Thomas so much that we even make the long drive to see them. It's so rare to find people like them, that truly care for your pet. Plus they love our sweet Parry.

Appointments are always handled quickly and professionally. I’ve never had to wait to have my pet seen. Affordable. And the staff are nice and personable. I will never look for a different animal hospital.

the worst experience ever for me and my Pet. Bullying guests and shaming is all i experienced trying to get my pet on the right track. I tried them to try somewhere new and this one is closer to home but i will never be back , never say anything good about this place and i work in the neighborhood myself as a hairdresser and i plan on telling all my clients about how rude and uncaring you (the vet) was. Get some sleep or go to some kindness classes cause you shouldn't be around people and you make pets scream. My Dog is still traumatized and i am very angry. DId you ever give me follow up care? Say anything positive to me? NO just made me feel bad for not being up to date with me dog and not seeming happy i was taking steps to get her healthy unless it was your bulling ways. plain and simple YOU SUCK. I am still angry.

We are so happy with our experience at Sunset Park! The vet and her tech are unbelievably nice and it’s clear they really love animals. They were so sweet to our rescue dog, and were extremely accommodating as she is still reactive and they made she she didn’t encounter another dog during her visit. Glad to have found a great vet in South Tampa!
