TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I only came here because I was having problems getting my phone fixed through my insurance & my apple care expired & I couldn’t renew it & I was in desperate need of a phone !! My boyfriend & his family always go there & ALWAYS get SCAMMED ! If you get your phone fixed there ONCE I promise you’ll have to go back there for life. I REGRET going there so badly , I’m having SOOO many problems since my phone was fixed from there ! & to top it all off the damn thing didnt even last 3 DAYS ! I’m so furious ! 200$ DOWN THE DRAIN ! & I’m STILL stuck with NO PHONE now !! Charging port doesn’t work (never had a problem w it before this), back screen shattered after 3 days (fell in grass w otter box case on & Lens protector on, minding you I have had this phone ran over w the same exact case on & it never got a dent in it that’s how GOOD APPLE builds them) battery doesn’t last AT ALLL!!!!!! Goes from 100% - 25% real quick & even when I can get the charging port to work it has to be on the damn charger ALLLLLL day ! Phone lags all the time & isn’t in sync w the audio, over heats over anything & sometimes my screen doesn’t even wanna work ! I LITERALLY only went there to get the screen fixed & now I need to buy a whole BRAND NEW PHONE FROM APPLE ! If I could give 0 star review I would but apparently 1 is the lowest . SAVE YOUR SELF & DONT GO TO THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just purchased a beautiful iPhone 14 from this store and not only were their prices very fair and competitive but the staff at this store including Moe were super cool and informative about their inventory. This place is a cell phone store of course but it’s got some cool local vibes here. I would recommend everyone to come pick up cellphones and electronics here. Today I’m a happy cellphone ? customer. Thank you!

i’ve bought one phone from them and had to keep coming back and replace it because every time they traded the phone or replaced it, something new always happens and the phone acts up. i spent way too much money on a broken phone and tbh they don’t give refunded which is so dumb. unless you want to throw your money down the drain for a beat up phone, this place is not worth getting a cellphone

My daughter wanted to buy a phone and we went to this store. Well the first one was locked (wasn’t paid off prior owner) second died after updating it. Last one still to this day is giving us problems. Was giving them a chance since I’ve never had issues with small businesses owners but this place will never get another chance with us. It’s a buy at your risk
