it use to be wonderful. not anymore. I called to make an appointment for a physical. I was told I would get a phone call within 24 hours. that was 2 days ago. why couldn't I make an appointment with the people who answered the phone who is supposed to setup appointments?

The lady at the front desk was rude, I get all the way there which need to reimburse me for gas anyway all of sudden don’t take my insurance so why did you say my insurance was in network over the phone if I can give 0 stars I would I wouldn’t recommend this facility
