Most of the items here are notably over-priced. However, they are great if you are looking for a particular style or functionality. I visit for a specific bamboo shelf that I use for shoes and I am very happy with that item.

First time in this store and I'm hooked! I even joined the rewards program. They have such an awesome selection. A very helpful Associate helped me find the right boxes for packing hardback books. I'll be back!!

Unfortunately, our experience has been unsatisfactory. We purchased the Elfa garage system in December and until now (May) we don’t have our complete system. We understood that it’s a new system and that there would be some supply issues but our order should have been completed over a month ago. While we appreciate that the store staff put in effort to resolve the issues, they are still without resolution.We’ve also had issues with the quality of the system. Our tall cabinet came bent and we’ve received not one, but two sets of warped doors for said cabinet, and each return takes another month to receive a replacement. It has been taxing. We are doing home renovations and this is delaying our progress. We are quite disappointed.

Usually I love The Container Store- But Bill upfront sucks- a large drawer on a higher shelf flew and hit me in the face and his response was let me know if you want me to tell my boss. How about - just sorry are u ok- nope just entitled white dude response. I have spent 1000's on my kitchen project there- that dude is horrific and what is wrong with retail today. Check collectors and clock watchers. I will be shopping online. Also two dudes locking a lady in a store is not a good vibe.

Great store but a lot of it is so high end that unless you are taking a second mortgage on your house you can afford a lot.

Brooke helped me with the Elfa closet design. It was well thought out and very versatile system. I elected to install it myself. If you can assemble an Ikea furniture, you can install this unit. It turn out beautifully. I prefer this semi custom system over the rigid fully custom system. The container store design team will walk you through it step by step. They have sales on the closet system every year. If you can wait, you'll save 30%. My three closets cost $14000 without the discount. I paid $10000 and saved $4000 by installing it myself. Highly recommend

I can be here for HOURS with all the ideas I have. Nifty thing is that they have a pull out drawer with measurements so you can make sure the bins you want to buy fits your drawer at home ??
