My husband and I used him to sell our home years ago so when the condo my son owned was not selling after several long months on the market, I suggested he contact Nathan. Within a matter of a few short weeks the condo sold!! We could not believe how fast it happened. Nathan made our first home buying experience easy and enjoyable. It was great to feel like we had someone in our corner who answered all of our questions and gave all the information we needed to make informed choices. I have used Mr. Nathan Bangs for 4 major buy/sell/lease transactions, and soon to be 5. I cannot recommend him enough. He walks you thru the whole process step by step, stays current with the law, and most importantly: he protects your money! Saying he goes above and beyond is an understatement. A separate realtor does NOT exist who will protect you and your family like him. That I can personally guarantee.

We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this realtor. He is highly unethical and engages in questionable practices. He regularly shares offer details with other realtors via email, creating a bidding war to artificially inflate property prices. To make matters worse, he purchased a distressed property through his partner company and made a staggering 300% profit in just a months. On top of all this, he is impossible to get ahold of—never picks up the phone, and rarely responds to emails. If you’re looking for a professional who values integrity and communication, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Buyer and sellers beware!
Edit after response - Your response was not only disappointing — it was genuinely concerning. The tone came across as unfair and unprofessional. To be clear, I have no concerns about the property itself. What truly troubles me is the time and energy spent dealing with someone whose conduct appeared unethical and clearly biased.
I felt it was important to share this experience so others can be informed and aware moving forward.
