Absolute Hack Job of a Dress!
I recently bought a dress from the shop in Tampa, FL and I am extremely upset with the service I received there. We told them there were a few changes we wanted to make to the dress and it was never once explained that in order to have these changes the bodice of the dress would be completely chopped up. They cut out the entire bodice and Frankensteined it back together and added the ugliest straps I've ever seen (not the ones we asked for). When I was clearly upset about my dress, the girl running my appointment (I believe her name was Madison) was incredibly rude. Essentially she said to me "Well this is how you ordered it so I'm not sure why you don't like it". She kept trying to blame me not liking the dress on my tastes changing and not the fact that this was not the dress we ordered. The worst part was when they sewed the dress back together, the lace pattern didn't even match up correctly. They wanted me to pay even more money in alterations for a dress they ruined. They charged me $3100 for a dress I can't even use and they didn't offer any amount of compensation or resources to fix the dress. For what it's worth another girl came in (Mia) and was a lot nicer. Unfortunately that niceness doesn't fix my dress.

I’m so happy I found my dream dress at The White Magnolia! I went in a bit nervous because I felt unsure on what I wanted after a previous bridal appointment. Brooke was amazing- she pulled different options based on the inspo I sent and helped me talk through what I liked/didn’t like about them so that I could land at the perfect dress. Once I tried my dress on the second time, I just knew it was the one. I already can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day, it can’t come soon enough!

I had the best experience here! Brooke was incredible and so much help. I felt at ease during the whole process and had amazing help narrowing down what I wanted. I left very excited and happy with my choice and can't wait to wear my dress!

I had the best experience with Brooke- she was calm, positive, and most of all patient! I truly felt the stars aligned when I walked into White Magnolia for the first time, it was a dream come true experience! Highly recommend, and if I have any advice for future brides trying to find their wedding dress, bring ONE to TWO people you will feel 100000x less stressed! :)

I had a lovely experience finding my wedding dress at The White Magnolia in Tampa, but unfortunately, everything after that was a complete nightmare. After placing my order, I was told my dress had arrived at the shop and was available for pick-up, even though I had provided my address and shipping details before leaving the store.
Ten days later, I had to follow up myself to find out if it had been shipped, only to be told that they were waiting for a "safe box" to ship my dress. Then, the very next morning, I received an email with tracking information—great, right? Except the dress was on its way to California, and I live in New York!
When I called to address this mistake, the girl who answered the phone laughed and then put me on hold for 20 minutes. Thankfully, they managed to intercept the dress and have it sent back to the shop. Two days later, they told me they were on their way to the post office with my dress. However, it sat there for another two days with only a shipping label created. Why lie to me about it being shipped?
Today, I finally went to pick up my dress, only to find that the so-called "SAFE BOX" it was shipped in was beat to all hell. I would be embarrassed to send a customer's $3,000 dress in something so careless- especially when working in a bridal shop you should know this is likely one of the customer's most important purchases of their life. Luckily, the dress hadn't been damaged-despite the bottom of the box being torn into during shipping.
I originally wrote a raving review after my in-store experience, but I've been treated like garbage ever since they got my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are from out of town and need your gown shipped afterward. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

Had a great experience here with Mia! She really helped my vision come to life and brought many dresses for me to try on within my price range. I did not feel pressured to buy a dress right away. I am happy with my experience and SO excited about my dress :)))

Had the best experience at The White Magnolia! Madison H. was my bridal consultant and she was truly amazing. I highly suggest any bride go to find their dream dress here. Very professional and kind, large assortment of dresses and within any budget. highly highly recommend!

Mia was fenomenal! She was kind and helped me define the vision I had. My friends flew in from Puerto Rico just for this and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Great selection of dresses and the boutique is pristine and beautiful

I found my perfect wedding dress at The White Magnolia! They have a really wonderful selection and Mia did an excellent job pulling dresses for me. She was also kind enough to stay after closing to let me retry my top dresses so I felt comfortable with my decision. Very grateful for her help!

I wish I would have gone here first!!! Every bridal salon will have 5 star reviews but The White Magnolia’s consultant, Madison, truly hosted a 5 star experience from beginning to end. She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and found exactly what I was looking for. She was present in the appointment and not on her phone or distracted with other things. She wasn’t pushy about buying a dress that day or adding a veil/accessories. She picked dresses only within my budget. My dress will be here in September! Thanks again, Madison. :)

Found the dress on my first appointment! My mom came to visit from out of town and we got the random urge to look at dresses, I emailed them at 11pm the day before and got an email back 20 minutes later to see if they could fit me in which was amazing on such a short notice and the response time was incredible. We decided just to get a feel for styles but Mia got the vision of what I wanted and I ended up getting my dress that same day! It was such an accommodating experience. Can’t share the dress yet but below are the two that were in my top 3, they had a beautiful selection.

Bummed to write this review, but hopefully this can help other brides. I found White Magnolia when I saw they had a dress I was looking for to try on in store. When saying "yes" to the dress, the sales associate took my measurements before checking me out. When checking me out and going over the measurements, I was told I was in between sizes and that I should size up. I said, I'd rather stay at the smaller size I was measured for and was told to sign this waiver acknowledging that I was choosing not to opt for the larger size.
When the dress came, I was excited to see it but so nervous about the size as I was really put in a state of fear that it would be too small. When I walked into the room, the dress was hung up, still in the bag, and unprepped. The dress was pulled out so wrinkled that I didn't even recognize the dress. When the dress was put on, the fabric was so wrinkled, the associate said that it would either be steamed out fine or need to be deconstructed and folded back over (??). Lasty, the dress was huge. Thank god I went with my gut and chose the size that was going to be "too small" otherwise I would have to spend even more in alterations. I honestly believe I was incorrectly measured after reading another review that said the same thing happened to her.
Finally, I did call back and let White Magnolia know that I was unsatisfied with the delivery and handoff and really upset after leaving. The associate did not seem to have empathy and the manager did not speak to me.
My advice is, if you find your dress at White Magnolia, that's great, but don't expect anything else. Very transactional for something so special and vulnerable.

Mia was excellent and helped me find my absolute dream dress. My bridal experience was a "one and done" and found my dream dress on the first try (within my budget too). The staff and selection are excellent, and the quality of the gowns is amazing!
Mia also found me the most perfect veil that completed my dress. You are in the best hands if you choose to shop here.

My first appointment wedding gown shopping was at White Magnolia. I brought my mother and my sister. We were greeted so warmly, and it was so lovely in the shoppe. Madison was my consultant, and she had pulled several downs based on what I expressed I thought I was looking for ahead of time. Madison quickly caught on to what I liked and what I didn’t like, and I believe I tried on maybe 8-10 gown total. I was caught between two that were very similar. I made a second appointment a few weeks later, and tried on the two I had narrowed down to and decided on the on the to thought was The One when I left the first time. Madison was so sweet, efficient and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. We are adding sleeves to the gown, and she gave me a few options. I will be going back soon to choose the sleeve option. I only went to White Magnolia, I didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere. I am so pleased so far, and am just waiting for my gown to arrive in August. Thank you, again, for making this step in the wedding planning process almost effortless! ❤️

I absolutely loved The White Magnolia! Brooke was my stylist, and she did an excellent job at selecting dresses for me. She was so much fun to work with. ? I am soooo glad I came here for this once-in-a-lifetime experience ?
