Paul is reliable and helpful! Not to mention dependable, unlike the UPS Franchise on Kennedy Blvd that I waited for an hour to open, it didn't so I left and will never go back to that location. But Paul's store is the Gold Standard of what Customer Service is! Thank YOU Paul!

Hello. On May 9, I sent a parcel with a tablet. The recipient received the parcel, but there is no tablet in the parcel! The package was sealed with tape upon receipt and there was no box with the tablet in it !!! WHERE DID THE TABLET DISAPPEAR???

Hands down my preferred UPS location. I cannot say enough good things about the crew who works here! I am in often for work and have always seen a smile on their faces even when they are visibly busy. Even with a line in my experience, the wait is never more than 5 mins, even during the holidays. This particular location really spoils their clients with their delightful customer service and willingness to help. Recently, I returned a box that was just a bit too big for me to move alone, no problem at all for them! They helped me get the box out of my car and carried it inside! I would love to gate keep them for myself but they truly make this task much easier!

We've been coming to this particular UPS store for a few years and there isn't a single time that they have not been able to help me with anything that I've needed notary mailing out copying you name it they have it. The staff is always friendly and eager to take care of anything that we need.

Don't drop off items that can't be scanned up front (usps, etc.). They will "lose" your package so very conveniently...
