One of worst interactions
I place items on layaway .I lost some work equipment i went to retrieve a part of the layaway I was told it wasn't possible and they refused to cancel and return. Any of monies already paid. Very poor customer service. A complete lack of understanding

On last Saturday I was visiting ValuePawn. I had Hector to help me now normally I would go to Angie but she was in the back. Hector was showing me items now I said something like I already how this works then he snapped on me. He told me to step outside and he can meet me out outside. As I’m looking at him I’m still calm and he was the aggressor. Then the manager said to us both HEY BOTH OF YALL STOP. I told her isn’t this your boyfriend she said yes now at that point she taking up for her boyfriend and talking at me. Angie watching like in shocked do Angie started helping me and I was telling her about the situation even though she was there and Yadi yelled at me again talking about stop bringing it up now I’m on the phone with someone and they hear it all. I never been disrespected at ValuePawn. The bad part is he is new. This is one bad seed y’all need to get him out the door. Thanks Angie for all of your help.
