Dropped prescription off at noon, told it would be ready in 2 hours. Went 3.5 hours later because I know they are slow and waited 30 mins in line to be told they can't fill the prescription. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and will never return again. NEED QUALIFIED PHARMACY TECHS!!!!

Pharmacy has horrible customer service and never picks up the phone.... It's impossible to get any prescriptions filled via phone. Expect long lines in person

They were super busy, evidently ALL day. I'm in from out of town and spoke with my local pharmacy to transfer just one day / pill to this location. I was repeatedly put on hold, so I left my convention and walked. After waiting in line at the actual pharmacy, I was mistakenly told my original pharmacy needed to call them AND I had to call or come back after 3:00 when the next pharmacist would be on duty. I called - again - on hold for over ten minutes. I understand understaffed and busy, but not misinformation AND not them understanding I am just too. Will NEVER use this location again

Love the location and staff but the pharmacy area is terrible. Way understaffed. Always a super long wait inside or drive thru.

Cashier would not assist me when I asked to purchase something that requires a store associate to open right before finishing my shopping she took the only other customer in store who arrived after me and was very nice then when I approached the counter she immediately changed her demeanor and walked from behind the counter and said I'll be back in a few minutes as she walked briskly past me

I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to for this place. It's honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with, but it's the closest to me. I dread having to go into it because it's completely disorganized. Most recently, I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to pick up at home COVID tests, which their website told me to do because I was sick, only to be told that eight tests (the max you can ask for) couldn't fit in the shoot, and that I needed to come inside. When I explained that I was sick and asked if she could just send two instead, she told me they wouldn't fit either so I had to go in - WHILE SICK - to pick them up... After standing in line again for 20 minutes, I found that she didn't even try to take out tests and promptly handed me eight of them! Two easily would have fit in the shoot, and now I wasted an hour of my life and possibly infected others. Another time I needed a COVID test for travel, and when I tried the drive-thru, there was a sign in that said the microphone wasn't working. So I drove around, came in and stood in line for almost 40 minutes... only to be told that they only administer COVID tests via the drive through and that she would just yell at my through the glass! I then sat in the drive through for another 20 or 30 minutes waiting to take a test. I have many, many other examples of the disorganization and confusion at this place that makes every interaction there take FOREVER. I also agree with the others that the staff are rude, unsympathetic, and obviously do not enjoy working there. There is ZERO management, and I wish a professional would finally come in and take over.

Pharmacy is a complete mess. Don’t waste your time making an appointment for a vaccination; you’ll wait 45 minutes anyway as they help the drive thru/walk ins first.

The pharmacist was an absolute bit**. First of all, she specifically told me they take telehealth prescriptions and that my medication was out of stock for 2 weeks. Now that it’s finally in stock, she changed her mind and told me they don’t take it. I would’ve appreciated that 2 weeks ago instead of waiting around. She also questioned me on why I use telehealth as if it’s any of her business. My provider also said the pharmacist was rude when she called. I called a different wallgreens and they said they have never heard of a wallgreens not taking telehealth.

WORST EVER. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. It's totally disorganized. Between shortages of pills in the bottles, not filling the entire prescription, and keeping you on hold for well over an hour (multiple times) - picking the phone up and putting you back on hold right away, this place ranks the worst pharmacy. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. It's HORRIBLE.

I am a type one diabetic who needs insulin to survive. I tried to refill my prescription over the phone 6 different times. Each time they would answer the phone and hang up after about 30 minutes on hold. My doctors called, I called, my family even tried calling. Each left with the same response I was. I figured they were busy so I drove to the store to wait in line. There was nobody in line and nobody was on the phone. This is completely unacceptable as many people need prescriptions to survive and this is how they treat them. I can't even explain how disappointed I am. This almost feels criminal. To be so negligent is absurd. If anything were to happen to me waiting for this insulin the only people responsible would be this pharmacy staff. They don't even deserve 1 star, I just can't give them 0. Shouldn't even be considered a pharmacy.

This shit show is a nightmare. Pharmacist should be fired!! I am a physician and she tried to tell me my meds that I have been on 6 yrs is "a new med and needs ordered"... Also my text from Walgreens said "available for pick up 10:40 am". At 4:00 pm she said "thats just an estimate "- she got confrontational with me telling me she was "also a doctor"...please...you count pills at a chain store...if you were smart you would have fixed the problem in stead of lying to me. What a fraud!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Publix. I am pulling all my family scripts.

Incredibly inefficient, rude, and even dishonest staff. I called CVS on Howard Ave. to have my prescriptions transferred because I am sick of dealing with this Walgreens. The pharmacist (Caliope) calls me which is hilarious because you can’t call them as they don’t answer the phones. She tells me that she didn’t transfer my prescriptions because she had already filled them. Now, I know this is a lie for 2 reasons. First, I checked the fill date on the label and it was the date of the transfer request. Plus I never received a text notification about the prescriptions being ready. I told her I hadn’t received notification that they were filled and she makes up some cockamamie story, saying how the “system” must have taken me out of notifications and that she would “fix” it. Oh my goodness, such lies, lies, lies. I know she filled those prescriptions when CVS was requesting a transfer. They only fill prescriptions a couple days early and these were filled much earlier which confirms the lie of “I had them ready for you.” They partially filled a prescription for me only giving me #5 tablets, they still owe me #85 tablets. I went about a week later to pick up my #85 tablets and they said the prescription was “put back” like it never got filled. This was a Friday and I was told they could have it for me by Tuesday, but that I could have it the same day at Walgreens on Swann/Henderson. They started transferring it to them before I could even say, “okay”! Do not use this pharmacy! Run away! Run away fast!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced, arrange to get your prescriptions some where else. Minimum wait is usually 20 mins or more. Drive thru efficiency is a joke.

Multiple times I’ve had issues, but didn’t complain because they seemed understaffed. However, the head pharmacist is incredibly rude, yelled at me regarding my choice in doctors, and was very wrong about information related to the medicine/prescribed medication. To be yelled at regarding the personal details of your healthcare choices is absolutely unacceptable. I also would double check your pill count before leaving from picking up.
