This branch operates without urgency or an understanding that’s the customer is important to the business. They need someone to help move things along and lead the team. I waited hours and other team members are standing around doing nothing.

Gave them 300 dollars for a secured credit card. Had card for 3 years paying off in full every month. Finally got a real credit card from them. I never received my payment for the secured card. They claimed to have mailed it never received it. They basically stole 300 dollars from me. I've called 50 times about it. No answers. No care.

I had a problem of 2000 dollars and the supervisor told me without giving me any information, that everything had to be resolved online, I had to go to the other bank, Waters Bank, where they helped me to get information to start a claim and open an investigation, in short, good bank, terrible customer service.

Every time I come to this branch, there’s always something, This time I was wanting to open a bank account and nobody was able to help me out because it was around 3pm(With a Completely Empty location) very disappointed I’m taking my business somewhere else….

The baddest and most decadent bank in the US is this gentlemen who play with one's money, withdraw the funds from the checks and then retain the money for more than a month without talking about the poor customer service of those who serve you ?

Absolutely terrible. Worst location I've seen. Always a line out the door with maybe 2 tellers. Even when there is no line, I still wait 5-10 minutes because there is no teller at all! Every single time I need change for my business, they are out of change, forgot to order change or simply "don't have time to get it right now". There are ALWAYS team members just standing around, and the manager opts to avoid all customer interaction, especially when she just told the teller to inform guests that they don't have their change or other issues. Drive-thru has been closed every day for at least a year. The sign on the door says open until 12:00 pm on Saturdays, but they are never open on Saturdays. I dread going here every time I need to. Sad.

There is always only one person attending, you call the supervisor and he does not attend to the clients, it is a very unpleasant bank, there are hours of standing waiting to be attended to, the workers going around the entire institution and the main thing is the unattended clients.

I arrived at the bank to request a new debit card, I had my appointment made 1 week in advance for 10:30 and they attended to me at 11:30 and I am still waiting for a response.
