The 2 delivery guys were polite, friendly and eager to help me with my new mattress. They carries it in removed plastic etc, and placed onto my daybed. I was so grateful that I was happy to give them a tip

RXO and Lowe’s Home Improvement, your treatment of customers is beyond disappointing. My mom’s new fridge installation caused a leak, flooding her garage, and we are still waiting for communication or returned calls. There is now substantial damage to her home from this installation. This started on Veterans Day—and by the way, she’s a USAF veteran! We’ve had to turn off her water, and now Lowe’s Tampa manager, Robert, claims it’s “her word against your contractor’s,” offering no apology, no hotel, and no accountability. Her calls to both RXO and Lowe’s are being ignored. This is unacceptable. How are veterans—or any customers—supposed to trust your service when this is how you treat them? Make this right!

I highly regret my experience with RXO during the delivery of my fridge and stove from Lowe's. The service was unprofessional, and I encountered several issues that were not resolved.
First, the delivery team damaged the lock on my front door while delivering the items. I had paid for both installation and haul-away services, but the delivery team refused to take my old fridge. They claimed it wouldn’t fit through the door, even though it was an older, smaller model. They also refused to install the new fridge.
When I insisted that they complete the job, one of the employees used inappropriate language and spoke poorly of me in Spanish. He then called his company, and after being advised to take the fridge, he told me I had five minutes to resolve the situation. I offered a solution where they could leave and return shortly, as we had taken the day off work for this delivery. However, the team never returned as promised.
I called customer service a multitude of times and was told it was Lowe's responsibility to handle the issue. Customer service representatives at RXO refused to swnd me to a manager evwn after requesting one every time i called. Lowe's attempted to reach RXO as well, but I was told an email would need to be sent to resolve the situation as they are not able to reach RXO either. As a result, I am now stuck with the old fridge still in my home, a broken lock on my front door, and no help with installation, even though I paid for it.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I do not recommend RXO for delivery or installation services.

Delivery guys showed up on time with adequate warning. Delivery was smooth and professional and they were courteous and accomodating.

Timely and professional delivery. They removed the front door to get the fridge in the house and took time to re-hang it properly. Everything was explained and all my questions answered. Very polite and respectful. Thank you.
