We love they New Adventures Fitness! The staff is friendly and helpful. They allow my kids to participate in classes and kids 8 and up can use the treadmills and such. My only "complaint" is they aren't open later on Saturday and are closed on Sunday.

Good gym, if you want to get your best work out without the crowds this is the place to come. Need a trainer ask for Mark.
