Truly amazing customer service!!! Recently my step father passed away and he had banking with Chase. We were trying to get his affairs in order and started by working with Emily Palmer. She was incredible - met with us in person and helped us determine what needed to be done. Within an hour we were all set. In this estate settling process, we had to deal with 5 banks and Emily and some folks at Wells Fargo were the best. Others made the process difficult and were not friendly at all.
In parallel, we learned that he had a safety deposit box in CA. Emily introduced us to TV’s Chase branch manager, Leslie Lowery. She worked tirelessly and diligently to help us, contacting the branch manager in CA and ultimately, after almost 2 months of working on it, got us to closure. The box was empty. We would have had to go through a laborious paperwork process to find this out were it not for Leslie.
Chase should be incredibly proud and grateful to Emily and Leslie for representing their business with exceptional service, caring, and professionalism.

Avoid Chase at all costs. I opened a new account there and was credited with the free $200 for being a new customer. Almost 8 months later my wife went in for cancer treatment and I was her caretaker and lost the job I had. This past November I get a letter from the IRS where Chase reported the $200 and I get a statement to pay it back AND taxes on it. Scumbag bank that treats you like crap after they reel you in with lies.

Avoid this location! Teller is very rude! She refused a cash deposit! She had an attitude, huffing and puffing before I even got to the counter . She was rude and condescending to man in front of me. On her suggestion, Chase can thank her for me moving my personal, business and investment accounts to a different institution!

ATM card does NOT recognize my code for cash dispersal. Can charger/purchase, but no ATM work done with it.

Branch of Chase Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co. The best banking, in branch, online, or mobile that I have ever experienced. Customer service, privacy, and security is exceptional.

If somebody pays you with a personal check, make sure you put it in your bank account because if you take it to the actual establishment they charge you $10 fee to cash it which is outrageous !!!!!! truest, Wells Fargo, and citizens does not charge To cash a check that is from their establishment. No wonder Chase is probably going to be a dead end banking co that will most likely be bought out!

After working in the heat all day i stood in line for a extreamly long time to be greeted by a rude lady who tells me they are going to charge me $10 out of my $100 dollar check to cash it!?? Ummm no sweetie i didnt work all day n the heat for $90 its a $100 check !,i can understand taking mabey $1 or $2 but got me messed up with taking $10 ? never again

Easily opened a new account there and was rewarded for using direct deposit. Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped me to set up my mobile banking app.
