Recently got rear ended and my insurance sent me here for repairs, the employees are super kind and were easy to work with. I felt they explained everything really well and made this an easy process for me. Shout out to Donnie. :) I appreciate the help!

They did some work on my 2010 Nissan Frontier. Perfect alignment and gaps on the fender and grill trim and paint match. Could not asked for a better job!

My wife's car was rear ended and we were referred to Fischer since they were local and had good reviews. Our experience was not so great. We had expressed how we wanted oem parts installed which they were able to source for us. One problem was that the oem lift gate did not have silicone on the seams, which we asked them to apply but they did not. Small item to deal with. When the vehicle was ready for pickup the car was backed in the shade which seemed odd because the rear is what was fixed. We pulled the car in the sun and the paint was no where close to matching. I know gray paint will not be a 100% match but it was easily 5 shades off. We expressed our concern to which we were told they could blend the quarter panels, we did not want extra paint work on the vehicle. Eventually the manager came out and immediately said the paint was way off and that they can get it better and would NOT have to blend the quarters. This pleased us and we waited for the call when it was done. When we went to pick it back up the entire rear end had been blended up into the quarter panel roof sections. We took the car here because they state they use paint match technology, this is obviously not true. They pulled the paint code and sprayed without spraying a test piece and checking for match(which reputable shops do). This is not what we were told they would do. We took the car home since we needed to have our vehicle back. Upon getting home we noticed even more issues. The entire car has overspray all over it. I know this can happen from things not getting taped up and is somewhat expected but the entire vehicle needs to be clay barred! The front windshield has so much overspray that the wipers sound like sand paper. Parts of the vehicle also have very thin paint applied which looks dull and cloudy and will certainly not last in Florida! We did not have a good experience and I suggest that people find a better place for repair work.

I am amazed with the level of service and care by Donnie and the entire autobody team. We dropped off our car after a run-in with a guard rail, and what appeared to be surface damage ended up being a lot deeper. Donnie's character is a rarity these days. He went above and beyond. I research before committing to a business, and that was the consensus. I greatly appreciate the efforts and honesty demonstrated by Donnie and the team. I was quickly informed of my vehicle's status, and they truly did go above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of and that it was done right. Thank you!

Absolutely excellent customer service from Zach, and overall the quality and reliability of Pat Fischer has been unmatched. No one wants to get in an accident but my truck looks better than new and I'm so happy I chose to work through them!

The last time I was in an accident it took forever to get my truck back. Taking this one to pat Fischer was the best decision I've ever made in regards to having something done as well as having it done in a timely manner. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Fischer Nissan Body Shop. My vehicle was recently involved in a parking lot accident, and after seeking help from several body shops, I am delighted to have chosen your facility for the repairs.
Fischer Nissan Body Shop, tucked away behind the dealership, is a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kalie at the front desk, a wonderfully helpful and kind-spirited individual. She was incredibly attentive, informative, and assisted with any questions I had. Kalie’s assistance throughout the process, especially in supporting the manager with any issues that arose, was invaluable.
The body shop has undergone significant improvements over the past few years, thanks to the efforts of the current team. Donnie, the manager, with his many years of experience, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He managed all the behind-the-scenes work that most customers don't realize he does, dealing with difficult insurance companies to secure the necessary parts for my vehicle. His rapport with adjusters ensures that no damage assessment is overlooked, regardless of the insurance company's stance. During the repair process, I had the opportunity to get to know Donnie, and I found him to be a genuine and caring individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit.
I would be remiss not to mention Rich, the body man, whose excellent work on the repairs was meticulous. He identified and addressed even the smallest details of components compromised in the accident, showcasing his expertise.
Eric, the painter, also deserves special mention. My Honda Ridgeline's paint color is challenging to match, but Eric's skillful work was flawless. The vehicle looks as though it came straight from the factory showroom floor, a testament to his exceptional talent.
In summary, my experience at Fischer Nissan Body Shop was outstanding. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, the parts fit perfectly, and I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company, as the team handled everything for me. Donnie addressed all my questions and concerns, while Kalie ensured a smooth and prompt start to the process. The vehicle was cleaned prior to my pickup which was nice. Brian, the driver, provided kind and courteous transportation to and from my home, making the entire experience pleasant.

Repair work was completed in the time quoted. The repair work was done correctly and the staff was professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process. I would return for repair work again in the future.

Highly recommend using them for all auto body needs if you're in the Titusville area. They took FANTASTIC care of us when our 2015 Honda Civic got crunched in an accident. They kept us updated every step of the way, were super polite, and when we got our vehicle back, it looked the same way it did the day we drove it off the lot. They won't disappoint!
