I love this place. Took me 6 nail shop fails to find them! I moved here from Vegas and couldn't find a friendly place with decent prices for months. Then
found Blanca.She is the best always doing exactly what I ask for and offering me wine. She always shows me new colors and styles she knows I'd like. I always have a new joke for her and she teaches me spanish.Michelle is the pedicure master. She makes you feel comfortable with our feet and doesn't try to upsell you at every decision. Ha is an eyebrow genius. After being unhappy with my eyebrows for years I am so glad I had her micro blade them. She did such a good job. I come here for all my needs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Disappointed with my visit. The technician claimed regular polish wouldn’t stick over gel, which isn’t true. Honesty goes a long way, and I’ll never return.

This spa is run by a wonderful , hard working woman . Great service and they go above and beyond to make their clients happy. This was my 5th spa since moving to Brandon. I plan to make this my permanent choice. Spoke too soon. Had an appointment at 10am. Salon never opened until 10:10. People waiting out in the heat. Double booked for one person. When told her we had appointments at 10 the tech was very flip and rude and said, “Things happen!” The tone was not nice. This was not handled properly. The other person waiting told me they are never on time and she has mentioned it before and it falls on deaf ears.
So searching for yet another nail salon in Brandon that cares about their client's time and has respect.

Always feel very welcomed and I love my go to girl Zaira when it comes to nail designs, she’s hands down your go to girl! I’ve been going to her for a few months and her art work never disappoints!

I've been going here receiving service from Blanca for almost a year now and I love it! Both my hands and nails always turn out fabulous. But the care I receive from the staff also makes this place stand out. I could be having the worst day and these ladies are right there to put a smile on my face and help me relax. Highly recommend this place!

Having another “ME “ day at the spa,.I ❤️ coming here…It’s so relaxing.The pedicures are the “BEST “ especially with the cucumber and the paraffin. I recommend the hot stone massage., It’s fantastic !They always keep up with the newest designs and trends in no matter what I ask for on my nails they can make it happen!I find it better to make an appointment rather than walk in as it can get crowded…It’s always nice to be pampered a bit! And this is exactly that place for ir!?Thanks so much ladies!And just a little FYI, there are 3 different salons with the same name LOTUS NAILS and SPA…(My review, was nearly posted to a different shop, but I caught it.)
