Stay away from this company, you will save yourself lots of grief!
They replaced the outside compressor in my AC and it was still leaking Freon. It had to be refilled at least once a year. The receptionist said they can do the dye test free of charge if it turns out to be related to their work. Of course it never is. Their guy said he couldn't identify the leak and suggested the air handler to be replaced. Then he told me to pay $200 for the test or they will waive it if I agree replacing the air handler by them.
I agreed to pay for the air handler, they did the job waiving $200 ensuring me that the newly installed unit will fix the problem.
They did sloppy a job installing the base box, (see the picture), they found one that was way too long and they didn't agree to shorten it claiming that it would improve air flow, which was confirmed by another technician as false. Actually, the installer guy said he could come back and shorten it for "only" $200.
A year later the coil gets frozen and the owner - John tells me he needs to blow it and clean it for only $600! And... the warranty doesn't cover it. I got a second opinion and the other guy said no, it was just a thermostat that was set way too low forcing the system to work overtime. However a year later, which is today the outside compressor unit has no coolant again and stopped cooling!
I'm so fed up with this guys, even if I have to pay and replace the entire system over again, I would never call this company again! I'm pissed and totally done with these crooks! The work is never warrantied, just because the problem is never on their side!

As always, the response was very quick (30 minutes), John quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts for repair, returned to install the replacement motor & board, all within 3 hours! John & Brisk are thorough and professional. The BEST!!

Brisk A/C in Venice Fl. Is going to charge me $ 889.00 only for labor not a new coil part to replace it, they already came and put 3 lbs. of Freon in and it lasted overnight to the tune of $ 459.00 and suggested he would come and add more Freon I told him if it leaking why would you want to do that again, he said just until after the holidays when he can come to replace the coil that is under warranty. This unit is only 4 yrs. old. He claims we had a hot summer season. Something is wrong with this labor cost .

After being in the airport dealing with long airline delays we finally got home at 9:00 p.m. looking forward to a good night sleep. Unfortunately, AC was not working and temperature in the house was 90 degrees. I quickly called Brisk (even though I knew they were closed) and left a message. They called me first thing in the morning and a technician was at my house and AC fixed by noon. I want to thank Brisk for such a quick response, as well as how professionally they handled it.
