Made the unfortunate decision to use their chat person to place my order, which was done incorrectly, and even though the whole discussion was about the assembly they did not include it on the order. Called the Wellington store Monday to see when my chair would be ready for pick up, and was told the assembler was out that it would be done Tuesday. Called Tuesday told that the assembly not on the invoice, spoke with Dot the store manager who was rude and insulting. I contacted customer service and spoke to three representatives from South Africa and two from the Philippines. I also called corporate but received no response. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and basic decency.

Unfortunately all these places are going downhill, walked in for a colored print, payment at the printer - not working , got in line and since min not a single cash register from out of 6 are frozen and not working.

We were able to get some last revisions for son's graduation. Valencia was happy to assist us with the process. Phenomenal customer service!! We got all printing completed well before the event. Stupendous experience!

Had great experience here. Was able to accomplish several things that I was not aware I could do at Office Depot. Pleasant young lady, Ciara, was big help. She showed me how to make legal size copies, and then print labels to mail envelopes to my accountant.

Today, I visited the Wellington Office Depot and my experience in the print department left me very disappointed with their customer service. As I arrived at the doorway, I patiently waited for one of the associates to acknowledge me and offer assistance in a friendly manner. When I was finally acknowledged and asked if I needed help, I responded affirmatively. The associate then had me come around the desk to speak with her face-to-face.
I explained that I needed some copies of two drawings in a larger format and that I wanted to email them for printing. However, to my surprise, the associate informed me that they could only accept files through their website or a flash drive. In today's technologically advanced world, I couldn't help but feel that Office Depot was lagging behind and lacked expertise in the printing industry. It seemed like they were not up-to-date with modern practices.
Leaving Office Depot, I felt that they were ill-equipped to handle customer needs in the print department. If a business cannot provide satisfactory customer service to its patrons, it raises questions about their competency in that particular environment. Despite being greeted at the door when entering, my overall experience has left me considering giving them a low rating.

In our recent to this branch (2/19/2024) we found a SUPER KIND AND EFFICIENT helper. His name is Taylor. He went over his responsibilities to help us sort out our copies. My husband and I were very amazed by his customer service skills. Way to go Taylor!!!

I went to office Depot to buy multi-purpose paper. I bought one room 20 lb 96 brightness for $12.99. with tax it was $13.90. I got home and check the price on Staples. Staples charges $7.75 for the same paper. I called office Depot and to see if they would price match. They absolutely will not. My advice go to Staples stay away from office Depot cuz you will get ripped off like I just did.
