Darling shop for dog food and treats but we mostly go for the wonderful grooming my cocker gets. They call reminders and are very friendly to book with. My dog likes being here and is excited to see his groomer!

I have taken my dog here four times total. The first two times were great but that groomer is no longer with the company. The last two times were horrible experiences. The first time with the new groomer, my dog's hair on her back/side was uneven and one of her nails was cut too short and was bleeding when I picked her up. The last time was on 11/12/24 and I will NEVER take my dog back. I noticed after I picked her up that she was keeping her eyes closed, especially her left eye. It also didn't look "right" to me. I called Woof Gang and asked if the groomer noticed anything wrong and explained what I was observing. The receptionist put me on hold and came back on to say that the groomer reported that my dog was wiggling a lot during the bath and that she got shampoo in her eyes. This looked like more of an issue than shampoo so I took her to the vet about an hour later and they confirmed that my dog had a scratch on her eye. She is now in the cone of shame and I'm giving her pain meds and antibiotic ointment for her eye. I called Woof Gang the next day to report what the vet confirmed and to cancel all future appointments for my dog.

I've been taking my dog Lattara to get groomed here for a couple of years and I am extremely satisfied with the the service. The groomers are really good at what they do, Lattara always comes out beautifully groomed everytime.

I brought in two dogs, a Shih poo and a Maltese, who were both very behind in their Grooming. I had been very sick with Covid. The groomer did an excellent job. I had used them previously with my Yorkie, who passed away a year ago. Now I have two new babies. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very punctual and my dog is very happy there. Jacob is the best and my dog already knows him and trusts him. Jacob is very professional and I love my dog's haircuts.

I took my fur babies into Woof Gang in Wesley Chaple and am very pleased with the service and how good my babies looked. I can tell if they have been treated good because they came home happy.

From the manager to the workers to the groomer they were amazing. Very friendly with great personality. My groomer was excellent. They have a lot of food and treats no pet store has. I found a home for my pets

I am devastated. I took my 1 yr old baby for a groom here for the first time. I have been going to Max Pet and didn’t have any issues. I went to Woof bang to get a cupcake and it seemed like a nice place so I decided to give a shoot with grooming. When I got my baby in the car he was very agitated and nervous. His haircut was uneven but the worst part is that one of his eyes was irritated and it got worse over the afternoon. I noticed his lashes from one eye were cut. His eye is so irritated and now swollen he can barely open it. I called and told the person who answered what happened and they said “ok”. I requested to speak to a manager and they said not until Monday. Now my baby has a sick eye. It seems to me they cut too much hair too close to the eye. It is all red and discharge is coming out. Horrible experience. The birthday picture is from yesterday and now look at him today ?

Of all places for Pet Grooming this is the place to go! Service is implacable & the staff strives to please. I do home pet-sitting & fostering & this is the only place I trust. The owner, Renata, is amazing and focused in the best service to the customer. Nail trimming is the best price in town ($12!) as well as other services. Great products & always have a picture station, which I love. The groomer, Mary, is the best groomer I have had for a long time. Thanks Renata & Mary for your caring & professional care & for Making my dog & fosters look Amazing!

I absolutely love the staff at woof gang. I brought my miniature schnauzer in for a full groom and they made her so beautiful! I couldn’t ask for more. They took care of my fur babies as they were their own. A customer for life.
