Sent my daughter and her friend to go to the store. The guy rang up her belongings and told her it wasn’t approved. She took a bag of chips off and he rang her up again. This time told her it went through. I went up there showed him my bank statement that it did go through and refused to give me my money back. It’s not nice to steal from children.

If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Was almost attacked by an employee simply for asking if something was for sale. Was called several provocative names and screamed at to leave the store.

If I could select a 0 star rating I would because even 1 star is a lie I came into this 7/11 wanting to just get cash back so I asked the cashier (Haitian man the ages between 40/50) “would I have to purchase an item in order to get cash back or could I just do it without a purchase” he replied to me word for word “what kind of words do you live in your stupid for asking stupid question every one know you buy to get cash back but why that answer and the name calling didn’t come off disrespectful at all to him me and my boyfriend were in total shock then my boyfriend stuck up for me and said don’t talk to my girlfriend like you could get slapped (in general) then he called the police telling them he didn’t want to help us and that we need to leave the store which we did because the police couldn’t really help so DON’T COME HERE FOR ANYTHING .

This store is the worst 7 eleven i ever went to. The cashier was so rude and did not want to help me. I put 20 dolars for gas and i noticed i park a little to far from the nozzle so i back up a little by the time i went back, my machine time out. So i tell the cashier i guess was the manager or something he said i spent 2 dolars already, i did not touch the nozzle and he started to yell at me, what kind of customer service is that. He was so rude no manners at all worst customer service at all. I dont know the name, but he was kind of old, black and had a lose hoddie. He is the worst person i met in my life. Never go here if you want your money to be stolen. Basically he took my money with no reason. I was in a hurry so i left it like that. But this store have to hire new staff because this employee manager whatever he is was the worse experience of my life. NEVER GO HERE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR A LITTLE MISTAKE.

Don’t ever shop at this store at night when the haitian heritage man works there he is rude disrespectful and also nasty attitude. I have a very high clientele and i will make sure no one will shop here when he is there. He says he the owner and he does what he wants. The guy working on October 31st 2022 at 9pm is a lazy and incompetent individual. I have had it with him! I had to wait for him to decide to sit up and do his job (I'm sure he isnt suppose to be sitting on the job). I wipe down the container I'm carrying to make it easier for him to scan since it has condensation and he gives attitude. I left my wallet in the car I had my husband getting it for me I ask him if he can take the person behind me and he tells No he can't! That's not a questions for me to ask him?Meanwhile the guy behind me is waiting juggling like 5 things in his hands. What a pice of work, where did you guys get this man? from the bottom of the barrel right?I use to enjoy coming to this store scince it opened I'm finding myself avoiding it because of this individual who has been rude to me and my family on many occasions. Im tired of not reporting his behavior. He shouldn't work with customers.Guess I'll go to Wawa across the street from now on, much better service without negativity and nasty attitude.

The African American over weight cashier saw me in my car on my phone… i was in my car for 5 minutes on the phone with my wife before going inside to purchase my vape as I’ve done for so many years. The rude man told me i had to leave the parking lot because i can’t sleep in my car ????? I was not sleeping, i was clearly awake & on the phone, i said “hey sir im going inside to buy something” & he then yelled at me and told me to leave, if you don’t believe me please check the cameras, and fire this man IMMEDIATELY. Super disrespectful & rude man. Needs to go back to riviera beach 711 where they tolerate that bs.
