Nice to see a 7-11 that still makes fresh food... every other 7-11 does not do this anymore eventhough they advertise that they do... just wish corporate would respond to my emails about the stores that I wrote about

I go there almost daily because I work next door. I love this place, the staff are great and kind. They’re very welcoming especially the morning/day staff. The store manager is also super kind and very helpful. Thank you.

I normally shop at this 7-11 because i work next door. The cashier today on 3/5/21 was very rude to me. I was in the store around 4:45 PM. I paid and I saw my 7 Rewards discount flash and go away. I told him what happened and he cut me off and said I was good and waived me away. I assumed he didn't understand me and proceeded to explain what happened. He raised his voice and told me to leave. I got upset and told him he can't treat customers that way. He cut me off, raised his voice louder and told me to leave. He showed me his badge and told me to remember his name because he didn't care. I was so shocked and upset at his treatment I didn't catch his name. He is a middle aged man with a beard.

One guy that works there is so unintelligent rude and nasty.l I will never go there again and I go to 7-Eleven at least once a day.

Today Wed, December 2nd, 2020 i had the worst experience. I went to fill up gas and initially tried to use my debit card but it got declined so I decided to use my regular credit card. As I headed out I got an alert from my bank that $100.00 purchase was attempted on my DEBIT CARD (the first one that didn't work) and it was flagged for FRAUD!!! Becareful out there drivers!!! Shame on you Mohammed!!!!

There's 2 other 7/11s near by and a Cumberland right down the street. Go there instead. The people here are very rude, they treat customers poorly and dont want to do their jobs.

I use this location about twice a week because it's directly across from my bus stop. Usually for coffee and a snack. Store is always clean and cashier is friendly. The hours I go is between 7:30am and 8:30 am.

I went to this store around 4 pm today to put some gas, which i paid with my credit card. When i tried giving this male cashier cash money to purchase lottery tickets, he took my money he told me to gas my car first and then come back in to get the lottery. It didn't make sense to me and I asked why and he repeated the same thing. Rudely asking me if I understood. I proceeded to tell him to just give me my lottery tickets now why should i have to go to my car. The whole experience was bizarre. I will never go back to this store.

The night shift guy is EXTREMELY rude to customers. He had the nerve to curse me out because I knocked on the door when it was locked and he rudely complained that he was taking a F******* S*** so he locked the door. big deal, no need to be so vile about it. EVERYONE has to use the bathroom from time to time at work, so communicate. Leave a sign on the door saying you'll reopen in a few minutes, not curse at people for interrupting you bowl movement. I was just trying to make my purchase before 2AM. And I'm not the first person or the last to have complaints about this guy. He does not belong in a customer service position. He belongs in a church! Or in an etiquette boot camp. What a j**** FYI night time cashier : Etiquette (/ËˆÉ›tÉªËŒkÉ›t/ or /ËˆÉ›tÉªkÉªt/, French: [e.ti.kÉ›t]) is a code of behavior that delineates expectations for social behavior according to contemporary conventional norms within a society, social class, or group. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to! I have NEVER been more disgusted in my entire life as I was today. While I was purchasing my things a homeless vet walked in with his cash in hand and before he couldn't even put his foot all the way in the door the cashier yelled at him to get out. Bc he was â€œdisgusting and sick.â€ So I proceeded to walk out and see what he needed and all he wanted was some food and a beer and he was absolutely the sweetest most kind man. Walked back in so I could buy those things for him bc nobody deserves to be treated like that and he would not even let me buy it. It's bad enough we send our men and women to war and they come back and fall into these hard times but to not even feed them when they have their own money???? And so what if he wanted a beer after fighting for our country and then being homeless and treated like scum I'd say he deserves one. I will NEVER be back. My heart was absolutely shattered for him. So needless to say I told him exactly how I felt about it and went to the wawa across the street!
