Valentina is the pleasant, professional and fun salesperson I have met in a long time. She made our visit absolutely wonderful. My wife and I truly enjoyed our interaction with Valentina and look forward to visiting her the next time we visit Aldo at the West Palm Beach Outlet. Great job Valentina....Savannah,GA needs you...lol. thank you for your wonderful customer service in helping us make our shoes and bag selection. We are very happy and satisfied.

The person who took care of us was really nice, but after we went to the cashier( who had curly hair) that person was really rude. She had a tone of talking to us as if we were kids. She was trying to tell us about a sale , but didn’t really explain it well enough. Also has a very condescending tone.

I recently visited this location, and the customer service was terrible. There was only one employee actually working, while the other— a thin, light-skinned girl with curly hair(gabriella)—stood around doing nothing. When I asked her for help, she was rude and dismissive, acting like I was bothering her. It was frustrating to see one employee handling everything while the other refused to lift a finger. Definitely won’t be coming back if this is the level of service they provide.

I had a fantastic experience at the Aldo store today. I came in looking for a specific pair of shoes, so I didn’t need much help initially, but despite the store being quite busy, the associates were all kind and attentive. Bradley, in particular, went out of his way to make sure I got the pair I wanted in my size, and his friendly and efficient service made the shopping experience even better. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!

Despite being the only employee working during a busy time with over 5 customers in line, Valentina provided exceptional service at Aldo. She efficiently helped everyone while maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor throughout. When they didn't have my shoe size in stock, she immediately offered to help me order them online – no hesitation or fuss. Her ability to manage multiple customers and still deliver quality, personalized attention was impressive. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. It's employees like Valentina who make shopping at Aldo a great experience.

Stephanie is the best hands down!!!
First let’s just say she is beautiful with a great personality. The store was pretty busy today it was stephanie along side another girl and they were in there working!! When it got time for me to check out she came asked if i needed anything and helped me. Very respectful and nice. I would go back to that location just because of stephanie.
Stephanie i just want to say thank you!!!! Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

Michael at Aldo’s at West Palm Beach outlet was wonderful . He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about fashion . We bought two pairs of shoes in store and a purse and ordered another pair of shoes to be delivered at home . We will be back to shop again .
