He makes the whole experience easy and great with checking on the customer before and after purchase. He kept in touch with me over the years and that led me to purchase another Aston Martin, this time DBX. I recommend this dealership without any reservation.

Freshly purchased car had to be in the shop for 5 weeks! Found out that the whole front part of the car was cheaply repainted….. hood, front bumper, two side panels. Had to pay an extra 1400$ to “fix” the paint. Car ended up needing in excess of 10k USD worth of work after purchase to get it back on the road. Luckily the warranty covered most of it. Still out thousands out of pocket.

Purchased an Aston Martin from them that broke down the next morning. When I told Aston Martin Palm Beach what happened (it was almost impossible to reach them since every extension goes to voicemail) all they said was that it’s not their responsibility since they’re not the closest dealership to me ( I live 1 hour away). So I had to find someone to take the vehicle (had to pay for towing myself), it’s been in the shop for 2 weeks and could be a few more! Multiple things broken on the car that should have been noticed with any sort of proper inspection. An absolute nightmare.

I have been trying to get a service appointment for 3 weeks. No call backs & now I am told that the service advisor is at school for the week.No appointments until next week. Is this a gas station or a dealership. Really terrible !!!!

I ordered and have received my 2025 Vantage here. The entire experience was World Class! Right from the moment Eric Cotto greeted me. There were no hidden bogus charges built in that so many dealerships charge. Eric took so much time in helping me specify the car. He is extremely knowledgeable and was instrumental in designing this car. He kept me informed through the manufacturing process. Most impressive, he has been in constant contact with me after the delivery! Reaching out and checking in and seeing if I needed help with anything! I have purchased a lot of cars and have never had a more pleasurable buying experience!
