It just dawned on me that this is long over due. I am a lifetime customer. I financed my first car here 20 years ago and to this day still own cars bought from Best Buyers. I took off work to drive 4 hours and had my dad drive me to this dealership. I made sure to ask if there was rust or leaks on the vehicle. I immediately found rust all underneath and the guy said that’s not rust. I told him if I can pull pieces of the truck off then it is rust. He spray painted all underneath and just said he couldn’t believe how clean the truck was. When we left my dad told me that it was also leaking oil. I Wish I knew that at the time because I would have said something else. I figured I’d let the rust things slide because of some sort of ignorance. I’ve attached a pic of our conversation.
