Terrible visit to bjs brew house last night for dinner. To start I have to say server Demi or Debbie I couldn’t hear her name is probably one of the worst servers I’ve had while eating out. Never came to to the table unless we yelled her name out. When ordering we would say things very slow and get a rude response back “hold on” “slow down” “I’m getting lost” as if she was out of it. Both appetizers were really good but that was it. Both entrées came out and were warm not hot mine was over seasoned and my girlfriends just tasted terrible. Wanted to send out food back but didn’t know how long it would take to get new food. Complete waste of $80.

Awesome food..and very friendly and knowledgeable barmaid. Will definitely come back for a visit next time I visit the area. I'm from Toronto, Ontario and we don't have anything like this up

Went for dinner and although we had to wait 30 min to be seated, the food was delicious and the service was fast once seated.

Waitress lost my card after charging it for the dinner, just said sorry and kept serving the other tables, and the manager didn't even come to say anything. Poor response or accountability for losing someones method of payment.

Hostess and waiter were kind and courteous. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the product. The food was excellent and arrived promptly.

An employee of this restaurant STOLE my jacket that I left there. I was visiting from out of state and got back to my sister’s place in Hobe Sound (quite a distance from West Palm) and told the woman who answered the phone where we were sitting. She said she found it and would tag it with my name and that I’d be back after 4 pm on Monday and it would be up front. It was not there when I returned and the woman who was up front picked up a jacket from behind the podium and put it back and said it wasn’t there and she’d go check the office. She said it wasn’t there, either, and I made them check again and suddenly they came up with four jackets, none of which were mine. The employee smiled gleefully at me and said, “well you left it.” I replied “and your employee found it. So it is okay with you that she just kept it?” I was left to fly back to Michigan in freezing temps with no jacket. SO THANKS, BJs, My sister will be sure to tell everyone she knows not to visit your restaurant because you employ thieves.

What a perfect way to start a vacation. Our server Izzy was amazing. Her warmth and professionalism had us both feeling like fast friends. The food was good and the people were even better.

It was raining and we had a long day just looking for a place to sit eat and wait the rain out. We only ordered a side of fries which were great and crispy, and some dessert, which was DELICIOUS! But the best part of eating here was our waitress Carla, she was amazing. Such a great vibe, patient, efficient, and made us feel so welcomed. That night was one our hardest nights and little did Carla know it was her amazing service that got us through to the next day. Just reminding ourselves that great people like her exist helped us push forward. We signed up for their rewards and everything because of her! ??

First time at this restaurant and it was amazing! I got the tritip combo and it was great and our server katiria was so sweet and attentive to us, she even gave me suggestions because they have such a large menu! Also the strawberry Moscow mule which was great. Nothing but good things to say, we’ll be back!

Unpleasant Experience at RestaurantYesterday evening, I ordered food online for Valentine's Day. Despite a successful payment, there was a glitch showing that they were out of stock for a pizookie. After calling the restaurant to confirm, they processed my order and included the two pizookie as they had the inventory for the said out of stock pizookie. When I went to pick up the food I was accused of forging my order for two cinnamon rolls. The head chef rudely demanded proof and did not apologize for the misunderstanding. I showed both confirmation and email of the error that I got and they gave me my food. This experience was deeply upsetting and unprofessional, especially the lack of customer service and accusatory behavior from the chef were unacceptable.In short, it's low when you get accused of "trying to steal" an $8.25 cookie and ice cream.

It was fine, but a major issue was that BJs is a BREWHOUSE but their taps weren't working-some kind of refrigeration issue, I believe. And don't you hate it when they say they have a happy hour, but only if you sit at the bar? Come on, man!
