I ordered a handful of base cabinets for a kitchen build back on March 14th, and initially, the team was helpful. In your terms of service, I read that processing can take a few weeks, understandably. Someone by the name of Ray reached out and confirmed some order details with me, and helped me figure out a few manufacturing details. Like I said, super helpful initially.I was told that because I ordered a custom color (Dark green) it could take a bit longer, they said 3-5 weeks. Completely reasonable, I understand custom pieces take longer.I received the boxes without doors or end panels on about 5/5/23, which was fine, considering it took up to two weeks to process the order.I reached out and asked about a timeline on the doors, and was told they would be another 3-5 weeks because the material was backordered from Europe. Your terms of service state 6-10 weeks for custom colors, so I was again a little frustrated, but understood that supply chain issues might still be affected due to the pandemic. From this point forward it became extremely frustrating. On 5/19 I was told the materials were received and doors were in production.I reached out on 6/2 to check on timeline and never got a response.I reached out again on 6/5 and got a response saying the doors were “expected this week, or next week at the latest” (that would have meant at latest, June 16th).I reached out again on the 14th to check in, I got no response.I reached out again on June 20th and got no response.I used the LiveChat on your website and they told me the order “could be there, or maybe still in the warehouse”. And they would update me when it shipped. At this point we were at 2 weeks or processing plus 13 weeks of waiting on doors. After 16 weeks, I used LiveChat again and asked where my order was, because at this point I’m losing money and have had an empty kitchen for the better part of 5 months.I was told that the doors were ready and in the warehouse, and I asked when they would ship. The agent then told me actually, they did ship but they had no shipping info. I asked for tracking or a bill of lading or pro# and they said they didn’t have that info. Which to me was absurd, when something is shipped, especially LTL, there are signatures required and customer copies of the bill of lading given. I used to work in shipping/receiving some years ago.I got emailed a tracking number later that night via email. At that point we are 17 weeks post-order.I received my doors, and unfortunately they are missing hardware, and the end panels are incorrect. I hopped on LiveChat again, and the person eventually just ghosted me and stopped replying when trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. It's currently November 3rd and I still don't have end panels. I talked to Ray again today and he said it could be up to 4 weeks. So based on THAT estimate, I MIGHT have all of my order after 8 months.I have all emails, live chats, etc saved if anyone needs proof of this.UPDATE: About an hour after posting this, the company made contact with me, offered to refund what they didn't ship, and asked me to remove this review.
