No one is ever at the cashier. They was a employee that was in shampoo aisle and doesn’t even come to the cashier I had to go out the store empty handed bc I only had Apple Pay

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Don’t even attempt to help just listen and point. To be honest, didn’t even look up. Heard me ask for immunity boost, pointed, and kept looking at computer screen. To be in a “care giver” profession and have that attitude it just doesn’t mix. Do better pharmacy department, it could have easily been you.

This is probably the CVS with the worst service in the entire state of Florida and it is two minutes from my house. The service at the cash register is terrible and I am not basing this on one experience but on so many repeated ones over and over again. Also, when there is almost no one at the front of the cash register, neither is there anyone in Lima when you need information. I have forgotten the name of this man who should not work in customer service, perhaps because he is not happy there he thinks he has the right to make others feel the same way. I will return to find out his name and will update this later.

I sat at the Self Service register for about 10 minutes waiting for an actual employee to come and approve the transaction after walking around the store, not finding any employees, then finally finding one outside who asked if I could hear an employee in an enclosed side office who did not come to assist me. Horrible service.

Horrible experience if I could give this place 0stars I would. The manager on shift basically told me to kick rocks because “they” (meaning cvs) changed the printing method and there’s no way to print things. You guys should not advertise this this is faulse advertised. Screw the mean manager that was NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. date 06/25/24 time: 7:56am

I came into the store around 10pm, I needed an emergency passport photo. Honestly I know that that may have been irresponsible on my part to come so late, but even so the CVS employees helped me! They were so courteous and they helped me with the kids, I had 4 with me. They worked together as a team to get my photos done quickly, nicely and perfectly. I am beyond grateful that they assisted me in such a kind matter and worked together to do so! His name is Miguel and hers is Nergeline. They deserve so much more! They are awesome employees. I have CVS’s near my house but they are no where near as awesome as this team! Thank you for hiring people like them, that care about the customer and give 110% satisfaction!

i love this cvs i would go every thursday after ballet and always had an enjoyable experience 10/10 best place ever this is my favorite cvs in the whole wide world. employees are so kind and are here to lift my spirits. i would so recommend this place it is awesome. you must add it to your florida bucket list if you are traveling. this place is truly a magical experience. i would have my bachelorette party here so much good skincare and health products <3
