The reason for our 5 star review was due to the outstanding service given by our consultant Marcy Goldblatt-Greiter. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. her industry product knowledge was superior and she gave us invaluable help with our renovation to our condo.Mary is an incredible asset to the Ferguson community and she certainly should be recognized for her hard work, professionalism, upbeat demeanor and dedication!

We bought an expensive DCS griddle. Never worked right. Installers don’t even know how to work it. They said we just install but “ dude it doesn’t work” Hello!!! Then you have to deal with technicians supposed to call you to fix it. Never happens. Almost a year no resolution. I lost hair on arms form this griddle blowing up on my face many times like a bomb. They are very nice on the phone and e-mail but missing in action. Horrible. Can’t enjoy outdoors anymore.

This is a very large corporation.They have segmented their company as follows You can only purchase at Full Retail, the salesperson sells and that's the end of his involvement.Then you must deal with " post sales associate " who is located in other state.If your post sales person is sick or out of office There is no other allowed access to your information and your stuck waiting.Emailed and phone calls take days and when you do get to communicate, they explain how they are overwhelmed and unable to respond.The salesperson will always say " it will only take a few days for order to arrive" but, after waiting weeks he will direct you to the post sales.The men who work at the contractor sales counter at rear receiving told me the salesman omitted several parts required for installation.For a alternative, I recommend Wool Plumbing Supply, Home Depot or Lowe's were everything Sold at Furguson is also available ( minus the show room) at a Hugh savings.

I was directed here by a plumbing contractor to pick out plumbing fixtures. I arrived unannounced, although they do ask that you make an appointment, and was immediately sat with Sara. She spent over an hour helping me order everything that was necessary for the house I am building. Her recommendations were those of a tenured professional and she was an absolute superstar in all aspects. She made a normally frustrating and tedious process quick, efficient, and enjoyable. And that is not common in todays construction industry.

Over the years I have used Fergusons to redo kitchens , and baths. I had my contractor, who has done 200,300 thousand dollars this year with them, order me a LiebherrHCB 1581 refrigerator, freezer for a kitchen remodel. Per their salesman , Roy Messick, we used his spec to order a left hinged refrigerator. Roy ordered a right hinge refrigerator and had it delivered to my home. I emailed him , told him it was not what we ordered, and he said I should have checked the invoice, it was my fault.I emailed him back with his specs indicating a left hinge , and told him it's your mistake.He finally indicated there was a hinge reversal kit that he would order post haste. 9 days later , last Friday. Fergusons installed the hinge reversal and left. The door sounds like you are at The Haunted House at DisneyWorld, creaking, groaning . I emailed Fergusons Roy Messick on Monday morning to report this, and two days later I have not heard back from him. I have discovered , experienced, that all customers are treated equally, doesn't matter how loyal, how much business you have done with them, they don't care about their customer service. The PS is I got a email from their customer satisfaction office in New Jersey making sure everything was to my satisfaction . I responded it was not, never heard back from Tabitha Park.

Beautiful selection of appliances, plumbing, lighting, however staff was less than eager to assist.Shopped for almost an hour without any offers of assistance. When I inquired again I was told they would "put the word out". After no help arrived, we left.Ended up ordering the items direct from the manufacturer.

A contractor we’re working with recomemded this company. He called before we came and we called as well. We asked for marci and asked for her to call us back. She didn’t, so we went to this location. Most of our interaction came from the passive and unhelpful front desk receptionist. We asked for Marci and we’re told “marci is very busy”, but the receptionist said she sent Marci a “teams message”. 10 minutes later we followed up with her and asked if Marci was there. She said yea.. she we asked if she could get her. The receptionist got up from her desk and walked somewhere but she never came back to us to give us an update. After 15/20 minutes of being there, walking aimlessly, we went back to the receptionist who said in more or less words there was nothing she could do. She didn’t help us problem solve or offer another solution. In her passive aggressive tone, as we left, she snipped “have a good day” (wasn’t a genuine goodbye, it was snarky). ETA: this was their palm beach location.Pros of this place: good selection and show roomCon: lackluster customer service

This Furguson location is very well stocked and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have an item in stock, they can order it and get it quickly. As a professional plumber, I rely on Furguson daily. Even if you are not a professional plumber, you can still rely on them to have exactly what you need for any project large or small.
