Bad experience. I cannot reach anyone directly to speak to. My account was opened with incorrect name from beginning. I signed up with paperless billing. I have the paperwork showing I'm signed up for paperless billing. Still being charged for paper statements. Unable to reach any line person. Very disappointed with my experience thus far.I could not recommend anybody here.I would like to speak with a live person.

Tried to make a deposit into my bank account at the atm and there was no button to press to make a deposit. Then I went to boynton location and they didn't have an atm. What bank doesn't allow you to make a deposit through the atm? Smh

So I went through drive through. To deposit 200. The teller Monica handed me back my 200 I said this is a deposit not a withdrawal. She said oh I'm so sorry, that was my mistake. What if I would have drove off. Please be aware of Monica, the teller. Count your money and review your transaction before driving off.

This Credit Union has been of service to my family for over 25+ years. They have the best products & service! Hands down don’t believe the extras!!!

This is the worst bank EVER.Over the years, they have deposited my money into someone else's account more than once, the ATM is always broken, they have absolutely no customer service, and their employees don't know how to use email. Bank at your own risk.

Guardians installed a new ATM a few weeks ago, but does not have a deposit feature activated as of today. The teller said it will be a few more weeks before this feature is activated! You have to wait for the drive thru to open OR go to the location on Southern/SR7, if you choose the latter option be prepared that your CASH will not be in your account for hours or the next day!! This causes overdraft fees that are quickly taken out your account while your CASH is pending. I have been with this credit union when it was called PBCCU (20+ years). Time to switch CU, because this CU doesn't have its customers'concerns as a priority anymore!!

Join the Slow Banking movement - learn to let go as you miss appointments or have to take a day off work to do something simple at your bank. Here, that simple thing is a very slow and deliberate process - why rush? Watch your seconds turn to minutes turn to hours and vanish at Guardians bank.

In my opinion, This is A HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAYYYYY!!! The girl at the drive through gave terrible advice, they started collection calls for an account that was VERY CURRENT, closed the perfectly good account: SEVERAL STAFF, not just one or two or three simply cannot find and say they have NO RECORD of automatic long-standing salary deposits with payments that have been in effect for YEARS, and it has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EVER SINCE!!! They have no training, they are under no management, the staff are a law unto themselves, they operate under no consequences for ineptitude and they wallow in incompetence!! If you like your peace of mind just STAY AWAY!!! After all these things began to unfold, we began speaking to our co-workers, only to find out similar complaints, and they closed their accounts for peace. In my opinion, the staff at this CU don't know what they're doing, again in my opinion and based on our experience!!!??????

The bank shows they have an ATM on Clematis, but they in fact do not. It’s a CitiBank atm that sucks and I just wasted $19 on a Uber and an atm fee for a transaction that was never made. I’m highly upset and out of $19 for a blank trip. I’m so close to closing my accts with this bank…they’re barely have any locations and it’s always something wrong.

The customer service at this bank sucks. You have to wait hours to see someone and even if you want to call in to adress issues with your account you have to go through hoops just to talk to a representative. They outsource things that should be within the branch that makes accomplishing things require a bunch of steps. Then they charge to reorder cards ? I've been with this bank for years and now seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I miss when Danielle worked there she was always nice and efficient.
