They misspelled the engraving in a $700 watch when the note was printed and clear as day Can't return the watch because it was engraved and the engraving is big so it can't even be fixed

I lost my partner recently and wanted to have his name placed on a dog tag. Ruby's was recommended to me and although it was a bit of a hike from my home I'm happy that I came here. Great service, excellent engraving and a good price. Highly recommended.

I'd been searching for a place in West Palm Beach to engrave a leather sheath for me as a gift for my brother. I brought it to Ruby's Jewelry, and they were able to do it for me. Jorge Jr. took the time to show me different fonts and make sure I was happy with the size and placement. It turned out beautifully, and the price was very reasonable! I'll definitely be using them the next time I need something engraved.

Small shop in the flea market. Had them engrave 8 knives for my groomsmen. Was quoted a fraction of the cost of some of the Dade and Broward places. $10 per knife. He did it right there in front of me. Took 10-15 min, very nice guy. Great service. Worth the drive from Dade County. Will definitely return with some other goodies!
