Highly recommend Yaritza! She was absolutely amazing and did such beautiful work. She was so helpful and nice as well. There was a girl before me that was already beautiful but Yaritza made her look POP and it was so gorgeous. She made my experience the best yet. 100/10 go with Yaritza

Left the store today without buying anything, even though I was ready to spend around $100. There was no one at the register, and all the employees were clearly too busy with more important things than customers. When a cashier finally showed up, she chose to help the person behind me and ignored me completely. Why should I bring my money to your business? I’d rather spend it somewhere I feel welcome.

I had such an amazing experience at this Ulta! I normally don’t write reviews, but the employees here were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Especially Mary—she was amazing! She immediately helped me find the products I needed and even offered alternative options that made my decision easier. She was focused, diligent, and a great listener.
That said, there was one moment that took away from the experience. While I was speaking with Mary about Fenty Beauty, an employee named Trey interrupted our conversation and asked us to quiet down. I didn’t feel the situation was handled appropriately, especially since nothing wrong was happening.
Still, overall, my visit was very positive, and I really appreciate the great customer service. especially from Mary!

I have been going to this ulta for years and the girls are always so attentive and nice. Just had a great experience with Cali. She was so sweet and thoughtful, thank you so much girly!!

Bad customer service at this store. They were offering a promotion on a product that I was purchasing. I asked about the promo as I saw some of them on the shelf and was told there was no promo even though it clearly stated it on the website gift with purchase both online and in-store. I ended up only buying one of three items originally planned because of this. The salesperson could not be bothered to look into it, Intended purchase was for Lolavie shampoo, conditioner, and leave in volume spray.

The 5 star is only because of Talicia. She was amazing, helpful, attentive. She went above and beyond of what customer service should be. On the other hand another young lady I believe Cynthia she was short and had long black hair. She was quite dry and discriminatory. It’s like she didn’t want to help me. I asked a very straightforward question and wanted to walk around and find my shade and she just stood there and told me that’s all they had . Then She called a guy over who worked there and he had his back to me the whole time and was talking to Cynthia as if I wasn’t standing there. Even if she did not know she could’ve tried. I’m not sure if they didn’t think I deserved their best customer because of how I look, or that we didn’t share the same skin color. But what a shame. Ulta used to be such a warm and inviting place. Thankfully Talicia offered her assistance and I purchased the hourglass skin tint with SPF in shade 24 , I’m very happy with the color match and I appreciate her for walking around and letting me test multiple brands until I found the one. If i go back I’ll be sure to look for her. Her people skills are 10/10

Ulta West Palm Beach has an incredible team! Cali was so helpful and sweet , Sonia made makeup shopping fun, Nissi gave expert advice for hair care specifically for bleach blondes , and Jazmine was super sweet at checkout. Everyone made me feel welcome and cared for truly top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!
