0 star. This is by far the worst place to renew a passport. The woman assisting me was on the phone the entire time, wearing earphones and clearly distracted. It was extremely unprofessional. This is the worst managed post office I've seen. It's perpetually understaffed and looks worn down and neglected. I feel bad for the staff that have to work here. The one in Palm Beach Gardens is way better, I suggest going there instead.

Simple question about parking for heavy package pickup. Called repeatedly and no one picks up.
Also, they should have just delivered it to the house. That's what they're paid to do.

Set an appointment for my passport two weeks ago, and get a call at 7:45 A.m. today stating that my appointment is cancelled due to not having staffing ? From looking at the previous reviews it’s not a shocker that no one would want to work here. Appreciate the phone call so I didn’t show up without being helped, that lady was extremely nice- but ya gotta work on getting people that will work, and show up…

Every time that I go there is only 1 person in customer service, the waiting time is so long, and they are so rude. They do not know how to solve issues and for sure you will waste your time, unless you have to drop off a package. Better try with a different USPS office.

What is this bs? On a Tuesday at 2pm the wait is over 30 minutes because there is one, maybe two people working the day after President's day. Seriously, shipping and stamps are outrageously priced and you can't afford enough employees?!?!?

Online it claims they do walks in for passport services , but when I came in they said they didn’t have anyone.. it seems like it’s been like this for a while. Either fix your site or have someone working .

Just came in to ask if they accepted walks ins for passport services , and the lady that was there claimed that no they didn’t have anyone there working to do passports. However, once I left the couple she was attending told me she lied because she had just done their passport application. If you have employees that don’t want to do their job , either fire them or actually hire people that want to do the job.

Passport Appointment was apparently cancelled because no PASSPORT CLERK in office and they supposedly called me at 7:54AM to advise and no call was received at all. Unprofessional and disrespectful of users time.
