I personally love Chase Bank and all their employees. Whenever I have had any problem; from scam to getting the best interest rates, they go above and beyond for me. Always greet me with a smile. Makes my day.

Called the branch and talked to Kaye. She was extremely helpful on guidance to open up a new account.

Opened a checking and savings account for a promo deal. Marilyn was very helpful and friendly. Even the tellers have been friendly as well in recent visits. Promo period is over now. Will probably keep the accounts open for awhile.

Be advised, Chase Bank should be avoided at all costs. Contacting them via telephone is impossible. They do not timely post transactions and the only way to interact with them is by going into the branch. If you online bank, seek an alternative bank.

Went in to open an account but no staff at the branch had the ability to do so and was asked to make an appointment via my mobile app to go in at another time. No thank you! Nothing says they don’t want your business or you can expect poor service than when you have to go through so much just to open an account. We went to VyStar instead and had a 5 star experience.

Have tried to call my annuity person back at least 4-5 times and left messages and he still never returns my calls. He called me and I told him I would call him back, that was on Feb. 16-17, and I’ve yet to reach him personally only his voicemail and he never calls back! Very disappointed in this person.

Good luck contacting a local branch over the phone when you cant make it there during open hours. Also, rude, outsourced customer service isn't helpful.
