We met with John awhile ago to set up having our closets done. We redid our 2 walk in closets and a pantry. The closets came out beautiful. We called to ask if we should take down our doors to our closets and we were told no. We wish we took them down. The doors were scratched and one had a pretty good mark/chip in it.
Also, the installers hand must have been dirty and we had finger marks outside both of the closets. Some of it came out when I cleaned it. I did not put my clothes back into closet until today and I had dirty finger marks inside the bureau drawers. I tried bleaching it and it won’t come off since it has been quite a few days from the install. I got white and I am wishing they were dark wood instead. All in all, I am happy. I guess we can’t have perfection with everything in life.

Phenomenal service from the front door through the entire process! Reasonably priced! They really HEAR what you need and design, as well as give suggestions.
We moved into a custom build 4 days ago. The first thing done was the master & pantry! Will go back for sewing room install when unpacked!

My house was completely setup with this companies garage shelves, closets , Murphy bed several years ago . Very expensive but worth it . Recently had a plastic piece break on the front of one of my shelves . It is basically a bumper which is not a big deal . I went to the store today and they want me to pay to have a guy come to my house and replace the piece . I don’t mind buying a new piece but they won’t sell it to me . I will find a replacement part somewhere or just find a piece that is similar .Needless to say I am not recommending this store . If a customer purchases 10k worth of custom closets you can at least sell him the part .

Kim has now designed multiple homes for me and many closets as well as a walk-in pantry and laundry room. The entire staff is wonderful, the products are quality and I have nothing but rave reviews for them!

We drove 30 mi to their showroom, and then got the sales pitch about their custom made murphy beds. They only had 2 on the floor, and no other models to choose from. She then asked what model we owned in the villages. I said we don't live in the villages, we live in Dunnellon. Sorry, we don't go there. Their map shows the Dunnellon area. Don't bother unless you live in the Villages

Just moved to The Villages and needed to alter a already customed closet. Stopped by to asked to buy 2 bars. Very rude! And after talking with me about the length I needed (only 27 inches). They said they don't sell pieces to the public they only sell when you do a job with them. Little did they know that I will need 3 closets done in the future, but I will never do business with them because of how I was treated! Rude customer service!

Charlie and Bill, the installers, were terrific. Very professional and ON TIME. Willing to go out of their way to help and advise about hanging a bike in garage. Also, very neat with their work and cleaned up thoroughly when job was done. I would also like to thank Kim for her brilliant ideas. She was easy to work with and had great ideas. Super nice lady!
