Over 2 hours for my appointment after I waited over 20 mins past my appointment time in the waiting area.
Felt like my concerns were not taken seriously nor were my two main concerns even properly evaluated as they have been by previous doctors.
Staff was very congenial.

I booked and paid for a clear lens exchange surgery through Lake Eye late 2023. This payment covered all appointments before and after the surgery to prepare for and follow up with the new lenses they put into my eyes. My surgery and follow-up care was complete early April 2024.
Despite this prepayment I have been receiving bills from Lake Eye (A division of US Eye) for 3 of the pre & post appts necessary for the procedure. The office of Lake Eye admit that this is an overcharge and tell me to contact the billing department of Lake Eye. The billing department tell me that can't tell me what the bills are for and to contact the office of Lake Eye. So, I am in an infinite loop wrt the erroneous bills.
I've filed Better Business Bureau complaint #21657534.

I was at Lake eye yesterday for a 10:30 AM appointment. My eyes were dilated and my vision were checked for any concerns.
