I had Sterling Tax Services do my 2021 taxes and everything was fairly good until I paid! I had a post tax question and called back to ask and was treated with such utter disrespect by Jeff Sterling! God forbid you don’t understand tax laws, which is the point of hiring an accountant? I’ve never been made to feel so stupid! No one deserves to be talked to the way!

I thought I was in touch with someone who was going to assist me with some fairly simple tax calculations but the conversation abruptly ended after I sent my financial information... not a warm-fuzzy when you send all this sensitive information via e-mail and then they disappear!!!!

Came in a week ago with my mom and I referral her to Sterling, the worst experience ever. He is rude and disrespectful along with improperly doing her taxes, made her pay without explaining anything to her and then filed wrong. Please stay away from this place unless you want to have the same experience as us.
