When my company deposits my payroll check 3 days early, we florida holds the check until the actual date on the check even though I see the money in pending status. We florida is then collecting interest on my money until the money is released.

I have been severely let down by this bank. Between their lack of member services to their inability to stand by their members during the most difficult time in ones life. Their lack of communication is utterly disgusting...I put trust in the bank and they handled my funds until NOW. I had fraud activity on my account and opened a fraud investigation. The banker informed me that they would contact me soon. It's been 8 days so I called in. The member service agent informed me that the case was closed. The bank SHOULD have contacted me to discuss. We're talking ALL the money I had is GONE and this bank WILL NOT stand behind its own member in this case. It is totally disgusting how they treat their members. Now I am out of over $700.00 and can't make rent payment..electric etc. Thank you We Financial. I will spread the word all over social media on how you treat your members.

Very upset with the this bank on wilton manors drive fort lauderdale. Went to open a account and the teller told me do to covid I have to it online. I did then they send me a email to essign so I did and printed it out. Took it to the bank and the teller said that it should haven't being that way. That she has to do it right there and me to sign a pad. I deposited money and went home to set up the online account. Did but in a few days after it doesn't let me put the password aske 2 question one that I answer but the other I haven't. So it doesn't let me go further. I called the number and they can't help me out. So I have take time to go to the bank and closed the account . Very upseting

Unfortunately they don’t do Branch Banking (bank that is connected to one or more other banks) because of COVID-19....... The bank on Oakland Park Blvd does brand banking

Always have problem with that location how I’m supposed to make an appointment or do any transaction when the menu never let you talk with somebody then I have to drive to a different location

I am a Member of the Credit Union/ WE Financial for 23 years, and during all this year's, in times like the recession in 2008, and now the pandemic, they always provided a very good service. Wilton Manors Employees are wonderful.

I closed my account twice and despite closing if the first time just 9 days after opening it which had a balance of $376 and the second time I met with the Branch Manager to close it and it was overdrawn by $200+ did NOT LIKE THE RESPONSE I CAN'T EXPLAIN THESE CHARGES... So where's my money? Avoid this bank at all costs. Current members, Check your statements for transaction id #'s... This Branch has a way of making up multiple charges using the same transaction ID. I've Reported the activities to the FDIC in Washington DC.

I needed to make a deposit to a credit union that I bank with and this bank is a shared branch of the cu that I use. I was able to walk in and make my deposit easily and fast. The tellers were friendly and helpful.

11/14/19 - I just opened up a new account, and I find it unpalatable that despite my efforts to ensure my financial safety in the online world, I find that I'm not going stay a customer since basic accounting practices aren't being adhered to and NO legitimate reasoning for multiple charges to my account and after visiting those retailers within walking distance and verifying NO additional charges were made is resulting in my phone call to the Insurance Commissioner I. Tallahassee in the morning for their intervention since the bank can't explain them either. ALLEGEDLY... DUE DILIGENCE WITH THIS BRANCH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
